Its not 'dont ask BigFry" it's just listen when he says its shit. IF players and reviewers say its shit - then its shit, no matter how good you feel your product is. That means it's time to make drastic changes and try to make amends to the reviewer, with a new version later in the future to try again, so they can have good feedback then. The simple fact is, these people wanted to put out a crap game, make as much money as possible, and BigFry said "this is shit" pointing out how bad it was, so now they get less money and are upset they can't scam others. I am near 100% sure if they fixed the game properly and gave it the attention it needs to run well, and let BigFry do another review, and BigFry agreed it's better and enjoyable for the $25 price tag - he would do just that - IF it ever got that good. He would probably say "while it started out as pure shit, they listened to the players and reviewers and fixed it up real nice"

I am brazilian an raised is the same as created in portuguese, thus, from there we can see that. Also, this means that google converted the R$ to U$ currency. So what it costed in the end was more or less 30k US dollars.

Just crazy. This game looks like a scam to me... you can clearly see good Devs from bad ones, from the passion they put into their software. Nobody is perfect, every game has its flaws, but with passion and talent (and some money obviosuly), you can create something really good and improve it over time. It takes time to create a good game, but people will surely trust such Devs.

eh most indie games honestly, cruelty squad is ville kallio first game and altho it has many problems it is one of the best games i ever played, because it knows its a cheap game and roll its themes along it, its a game that is ugly and has no shame of it, and is a game that is meant to be broken by nature so whenever something ins't working right it means its working as intended.

Damn... me and a lot of people were putting a lot of faith in this project, one of the few Brazilian games of this style, when they launched the beta there was already a little regret, then it started to sink in, but that was fucked up, Brazil as always being well represented (translation)

To me this seemed very similar to Day Z. Also just like Day Z, it has no appeal to me.

If you haven't checked it out already, I would recommend watching Yahtzee's Dev Diaries. I like his explanation for things like core gameplay loops.

Exactly, all games should have a normal walking speed, instead of a jogging speed, and anything above that walking speed should cost stamina forcing players to slowly walk all over the game. Because realism good.
