1:50 I agree with punk. BINGO'S in Ultra SFIV do infact go through fireballs depending on the active frames, timing and spacing. As for Punk, the execution was off.

Honestly sf4 neutral jumping definitely beat like 9 options in this game lows highs jump ins focus air to air , throw except air throw & meaty dp blows that option up still loved this sf thou

Yea cody loses I frames 1 frame before ex criminal upper becomes active. Its super stupid cause if you can get hard read for style and damage. If ryu knows you're gonna ex upper on wake up he can meaty lp dp into ultra

The beginning dp was random but because sf4 let you FADC , idk the frame data, it made it sort of safe. You can toss it out and the risk reward for sagat seemed like you land it you get big damage but if it doesn't you lost 2 bars so he just kara dp'd and did it.

@@Demon_Curse so if cody's light buttons startyp in 4 frames does that mean you only have 1 frame to connect? Throws startup on 3 so that would be the normal punish I'd imagine . Edit: cr.lk also 3 frams startup

Very limited combos, i think it only increases range and a small damage boost but other than that its unsafe and gives less combos iirc

Higher skill ceiling, more self expression due to larger and stronger tool kits and the universal mechanics, generally stronger normals, more variety in character playstyles, better defensive options, list goes on.
