Then you'll never have a job cause they all do that. Even people that love their jobs deal with stress and anxiety. When you care about what you do, stress goes along with it.

This is only acceptable if you can fully pay your own way with no government assistance. You have no right to avoid work if so doing places the burden for you and your kids on others against their will.

I'll rather try and mitigate it till retirement after 60. Can't afford not to have the money at the moment.. different circumstances might have afforded me a carefree life before 60, but that's not my reality.

Ken I agree with all you have said but please know this doesn’t work if you are the one who Carrie’s the health insurance for the family. I loved owning my own personal training and diabetes management business but at $2000/month health insurance cost for a family of 4 with a $10,000/person deductible and no drug coverage, so 4 meds at $700/month plus this $2000/month healthcare, these costs were three times my take home pay! So with 4 undergrad degrees and 2 masters degrees, I took a hospital cleaning job just for the health insurance so I could keep running my business. My pride hurts deeply but this is reality in my situation

Ok there are more jobs than people available because the overwhelming majority of these available jobs pay a wage lower than what’s required to exist in that area. 14-19 dollars an hour.. and the rents 14-1500 for a 1 bedroom.. and you must make 3x the rent to apply. I’m no mathematician, but the numbers seem not to add up.

This is great advice...if you know what you want to do. I have a job, but I've never really found my passion. I vote for u making more videos on career clarity. They are helpful. A lot of people really don't kno how to get clear

Most people don't find it fulfilling to work long hours with little pay so that the CEO makes millions every year. They work because they need money and insurance. Every single person that I work with only do it cause of our good medical insurance. They would bail that company in a heart beat if they had the ability to. But it's irresponsible to do that when you have bills to pay. Unless you find something better, you can't just leave your job. Like Dave always say "Adults advise a plan and stick to it, children do what feel good". Even though it would feel so good to leave a crappy company, you have to be an adult and suck it up because you can't just jump ship because you hate what you do. It can take years to figure out what you want to do and if you find it, then that's great. Unfortunately, most don't ever find anything better so they work until they don't have to work anymore, which is most Americans.

I run my own business building and repairing koi ponds! Absolutely love my job! I did work for a company for almost 10 years before I was able to take the leap but it’s been all worth it! More money and free time then I’ve ever had in the past

I work 60 hours a week, and I'm gaining 20 pounds a year. I feel like my job is killing me? I drive for a living. But. I have an associates degree in marketing. But, my current job pays half of what I make...

I'm my own boss. And I can say, 99% of people, Don't want to do the hard work or make the sacrifices to be their own boss. They want to do it, until they see what it takes to become their own boss/self-employed, at that point, they don't want to do it. You are entirely correct, the majority of people don't do it.

The reason why you have so many open jobs is because they are low quality and low paying retail jobs. Quality of jobs is more important than quantity of jobs.
