- This is the Haneda international airport in Tokyo! There are two major airports near Tokyo--Haneda and Narita--and for some reason we've always flown into/out of Narita. We had no idea Haneda actually had stuff to do?? It's closer to Tokyo as well! And we found out the day we visited that Haneda is ranked the #2 airport IN THE WORLD (according to Skytrax's World Airport Awards). So apparently I've just been missing out on this for the past 7 years. Thanks to Haneda for sponsoring this video and our trip to Tokyo!

This is the #2 airport in the world! It's officially called the Tokyo International Airport, but so many people call it Haneda that they were just kinda like "welp, I guess we're Haneda now." I'm not joking, that's what they told us.

You only see us for 1/2 second before we're cut out lol. for the record my boyfriend freaked out and waved and called out to them haha, and later on, after we ran into them again, right after the cut in the video. Rachel said hi to us again. Sorry for freaking out and possibly bothering you guys btw, we were too excited haha. we were having a bad day because I had to go home temporarily, but seeing you two brightened up the day!

I choose Haneda whenever I can as long as the ticket price is not too expensive. With Narita, not only is it far from Tokyo, but the train to Tokyo may cost around $30 so you want to take that into account.

Yes, and the train ride from NRT to Tokyo is sooooooooooooooooo slow!!!!! It takes an hour. I've only flown to Narita once and never again will I fly there. lol. Haneda is the best! And then the almost 4 hour Shinkansen ride to my girlfriend's town. :(

When I had to get to Narita, I found a bus from Tokyo station for about $10. It was rather relaxing since there were so few people taking the bus.

And yet, when I was old enough to know that I'm an atheist, I just don't feel the need to go there anymore. That place is very crowded & hot during New Year, which added to my reasons not to go.

Flight simulator....I did this for tech and I FAILED SO BADLY like omg every little move sends your plane doing cartwheels and crashing in the middle of the ocean. And when we have to follow a plane, I loose it in two minutes....well that's how I know I'm not gonna be a pilot

I agree with you 100%. Airports especially the internationals Ines have this vibe that's really intriguing; people from different parts of that country, other countries going on leaving a lot back &a looking forward to getting so much more. And then there is you yourself, endlessly going about what that airport has to offer, oh wait , is there Wifi available, oh awesome, wish I was going to that Reykjavik flight as well :P, oooo flight delayed, awesome I will walk around and what food court has to offer....etc It's silly that I wrote such a long comment, I really love airports and airplanes even more 🤷🏻♂️🙂

This looks like two amazing trips to me. First Trip: - Fly into Haneda Airport and explore Tokyo. - Go over and explore areas around Osaka/Kyoto/Nagoya and eventually fly out of Chubu Centrair International Airport. - Arrive at Incheon International Airport. Explore Seoul and neighbouring areas. - Fly from Incheon to Hong Kong International Airport. Explore Hong Kong, Macau, and maybe Guangzhou (if you have the visa). - Fly from Hong Kong to Changi Airport Singapore. Enjoy your time around Singapore and then fly home.

Second Trip: - Fly into Heathrow Airport in London. Explore the UK. - Fly over to Frankfurt. Take a roadtrip up through Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and back down to Frankfurt. - Fly to Munich International Airport. Go down to Füssen, make your way through the Alps and over to Zurich. - Fly from Zurich International Airport over to Hamad International Airport. Spend time in Doha and then travel to Dubai while you're there. - Leave from Doha and go home.

There’s also an AMAZING balcony thing where you can walk around and see the entire view of Tokyo. I know I’m like 2 years late but I went to Tokyo in May 2017 and found out about all this stuff and I was so excited. I wish I knew of this video then, I would’ve looked for your cute tag!

I'm flying to Haneda in October for my first trip to japan! It's a late flight though so hopefully they have some cool stuff open a bit later at night whilst i wait for the trains to start running again in the morning eeep

When I flew into japan, I used Narita, but I flew out from Haneda. It's crazy different, and it's beautiful and comfortable. Since then, I've stopped by a good 10 airports. A few can compare in terms of comfort but none can compare when it comes to the tiny world inside Haneda

A great vlog guys! Amazing that Haneda officials contacted you to do this. I much prefer flying out of Haneda than Narita when gong back home to Toronto Canada. Some amazing things to do in the airport. Thanks for showing us ( even though I have raced the cars...lol ...and yes Rachel I lost too....lol)

Glad I chose Haneda airport over Narita airport for my next visit. Your video literally saves me hahahaha. But too bad my arriving time is scheduled around 23:00 have to rush to go check-in the hotel. well, guess I will try to look around when I am flying back to my country. I live in Italy, and right now our main company that all Italians use to fly is going to be shut down - MEANWHILE IN JAPAN- They have an airport that is more beautiful than our entire country, cool. Why i live here 😓. Anyway, good vid guys, but i'm so jealous right now lol

You think your country isn't beautiful just because you live there, but if one day you will travel and live in other countries, you will realise just how much nicer and better Italy is, even if it has its own internal flaws. I say this as an Italian who lives outside of Italy (for now). Fidati l'Italia è bella, anche se ti capisco..
