My husband said "What would you say if I told you I loved you?" (this was our 3rd date). Of course I said "I'd love you right back." We dated for 2.5 wks...he returned to his US Army base in Germany and we wrote letters every day and sent a 30 minute Cassette tape once a week to each other. We married 10 months later....and were married for almost 29 yrs when he suddenly passed away. You two remind me so much of my husband and I . Do you have a wedding video or a few wedding photos? This was such a neat story and reminds me so much of the way I fell in love with my wife. I met her at a church picnic while I was in the US Navy stationed in her home town for training . Once I was introduced to her I couldn't eat, sleep, or think until I asked her out, and even then I had trouble concentrating about anything. I had NEVER felt that way about anyone EVER. Fortunately she agreed to marry me and now its 38 years later!

Lots and lots of practice being an RA. But honestly though, there are several videos of him sharing his language journey. He found himself a method that worked for him, and it's pretty nice! He said, language is a tool, so you don't study tool, you USE tool.

She's just hitting the points of interest that girls want to know about a relationship story. This is how I and all of my girlfriends have always talked about anyone we've been interested in or involved with. You gotta hit all of the important quotes and dialogue, possibly-significant looks and interactions, amount of time spent, etc so you can properly interpret the emotional landscape of what's going on (or went on) and act accordingly. It's not women's fault that guys have substandard interpersonal analytic skills XD

A lot of people remember the little things like that. When I was with my ex, she was surprised that I always remembered exactly what food she ordered at the restaurant the first time we met. Yea it is awkwardly cute...I met my Japanese friend at University and we both really liked each other. Our interactions felt very anime/manga like...it was weird yet cool. Anyway, we didn't actually get together because he had to go back. I mean we never brought that possibility up; but I think that was because we both were thinking the same thing. For years we both didn't date and I was trying to save to visit. Now he is engaged...which oddly happened after I finally started dating someone. As long as he is doing what he really wants it is fine...and I know we can stay friends and still hang out when I visit even though we probably still like each other a lot. That's life I suppose. haha

I've met people and been like "Yeah, they're cute" but I never actually wanted to date anyone before meeting my boyfriend. We met in my late 20s.
