Thanks for watching bro! Yeah it's a daily struggle, but I've been able to manage it pretty good for the last 5 years. I just hope that people can find solstice in knowing they are not alone in this.

I use working out and going to concerts as my therapy session for my mental clarity Music Therapy not sure if you like rock music but this is a good song Killswitch Engage - I Am Broken Too look it up

@@ChaseJasperDown and to me that shows that even though the singer of Killswitch Engage is famous he still suffers from depression sadness and all the other stuff. I got to see Killswitch Engage in Jacksonville really phenomenal show
