White bread recipe:
230 ml warm water.
30 ml warm milk.
1 tablespoon sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
30 grams of honey.
15 ml sunflower oil.
300 grams of wheat flour.
90 grams of oat flakes.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Sudbury Ontario Canada. My grandmother would bake a similar bread when we would visit her in NS. But she would use molasses instead of honey. I also have a very old bread mold made like a flower pot. I never use it for fear of lead in the glaze. Love your channel, great recipes.

And adding so many steps that are not necessary at all. She has some good recipes but never gives a thought to hand shaping a regular loaf. Just make bread like a regular person for crying out loud!
