Authority is truly the best way. More responsibility & upfront cost, but it’s your carrier.

We did our research when we run into such situation AGAIN. FMCSA has NCCDB (National Consumer Complaint Database). You can file a claim with your proofs against the carrier. I spoke to DOT Claim department officer and he explained that they can do an audit and investigate your claim by asking from carrier the rate confirmations, than they will request the confirmations from the brokers and compare the rate cons with what you got. The issue is that they weren't able to explain what exact consequences the carrier will face. They said it can be a fine or face fraud accusation because this is documents falsification and they don't have broker authority to make changes to the rate. And my assumptions is that even if they will find that the carrier owes you money, only the court can enforse them to pay you. I'm curious if someone knows such real cases.

I think the reason many brokers are requesting email contact first on many of those posts - can't say which products specifically due to NDA, but new carrier compliance/setup tools tracking email & IP associations w/ any other MC#s.

Hey Anis how are you ? Thanks for the video was a great tips. I have a question for you I’m owner operator I live in Myrtle Beach,SC currently I’m working with a company power only doing amazon loads and right now the rate is low most of the time. I want to ask you if I need to work with you guys under your authority do I need a trailer? and also what is the average weekly gross ? Knowing that I prefer less weight 30K or less and not going northeast and west coast. Thank you

Hello. If you mean a trailer, no you don't need it, but it will be much easier for everyone to find loads for you with a trailer. We can run you in south, southeast and Midwest. That's not a problem. I would advise that you go at least 40k in weight to have more options. Call me 616-648-4779
