Good video. All carriers need to take a one week vacation at the same time. That will solve all the BS in the transportation industry. Three days is all it takes for the shelves to start running out of toilet paper and food. After one week, they'll be begging you to take $ 4.00/mile Dry Freight all day long.

This same thing happened to me, Monday. Booked a short haul from Laredo to Austin with YAMN. 250 miles, no pickup number for three hours then they put up negative review because we canceled. How can you wait three hours for a pickup number on a same day load? Especially, the driver is waiting one hour at the check in at a small facility in the way of everyone trying to dock, broker saying 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, for over an hour. Finally driver told to leave facility, so we canceled. Now, we have failure to pickup on mycarrierpacket, unreal!

Yup and the only reason for this is that they CAN do it.

Well I am not sure if I should take it as a compliment but thank you :)) I do understand where you are coming from though. The problem with people that stick out due to their accent, background, religion etc. is that people tend to remember the bad things they do and associate everyone else that comes from the same background with those bad actions. Hopefully, we can erase those stereotypes together. Thanks for watching and subscribing :)

Has nothing to do with brokers. Stop pulling cheap freight - as these are usually the problematic ones. Educate yourself. Do not be stupid. If you are so much in debt that you can’t take it anymore, there is your life lesson. brokers that have less than 200 past successful loads are not worth touching. Also, if you did not review the contract and signed it anyways, that is no body else’s fault but your own.
@NeverStopTRK5 күн бұрын
Well, none of these loads were cheap and the rate has nothing to do with the problems that I had. It's actually quite the contrary nowadays. A load that's paying substantially more than the rest of the loads on the loadboard is usually a red flag. Also no one was mentioning any debt here. Where did you get that from? Also, do you think that the brokers are spelling out all these things they did to us out in their contracts? Sorry, but your comment is bunch of nonsense.

1. I never have drivers sit around holidays. I always plan ahead of time and for 4th of july I had my guy pick on wednesday and del friday. I always try 700-800 mi so to compensate on day lost but this time it was 640 mi paying $1600. Good money! 2. I always check shipper, reciever their reviews and let driver know about the whole scenario. 90% of the time facilities are as described in reviews 3. We have stopped working with lumper facilities because it's too much of a hassle and makes no sense to pay someone to unload their stuff I even call facilities that are newly built or can't see them on map because I want to save my driver's time idk if its holiday coming or broker promising facility is 24/7 it's always what shipper/reciever says. On new year's we booked a load which was a round trip, shipper was open and so was reciever but shipper wouldn't be open next day where we had to take another load back. We moved on and picked up next load. Honestly if a broker can't perform these basic duties and make sure carriers have a smooth experience I don't care about their load or customer.
@NeverStopTRK5 күн бұрын
If you listen to the video, the guy that was stuck there on the holiday was picking up a load a day before the holiday but the facility closed earlier contrary to what what the broker was saying. We also check the shippers and this shipper had good review. The facility with the lumper is Aldi in Saxonburg, PA to which I myself delivered many times since 2006 when I started driving a semi truck and we deliver there with my other drivers 2-3 times a week. We have one broker that will cover the convinience fee for the lumper and we work with them most of the time. None of these things that happened are due to shippers and receivers fault but strictly due to brokers' incompetence and ignorance.

Ya know, with all the details that you have given in this video - Kudo's to you for remembering all of the details enough to sully the reputation of those in the industry that probably have no idea wha the impact of their actions are. - I am surprised that you aren't a "Little More" on top of these folks with "Preventative questions" Like What if.... What are you going to do... Who are you working for... - Those kind of questions. As Many years in the business as you claim to have - I'd feel better with this same video talking about what Brokers can do better instead of complaining about their deficiencies. I mean face it, some of these guys just don't care about the details the way you do. I have been in the Trucking Industry for a little over 13 years and the one thing I have discovered is their focus is on one thing. I believe your approach to this style of video would be better (serving the industry) by not only Putting them on notice, but making it known that "This is what you need to do" The old adage of "Stop Complaining and actually do something about the problem." I am a content creator much like yourself, but I believe that in order to make Truckin Great Again, we have to strive to make it great from where we are. It starts with you. Make an effort to be the solution that you want, and Let your leadership do the talking... I certainly hope the rest of your day goes better than your week has gone. Look alive, and keep these Brokers Honest. and we'll Keep R Rollin.

Thanks for the comment. As much experience as one might have people still do mistakes and bad things will happen occasionally. I do not "claim" anything and I am not trying to make anyone believe anything. "Having experience" does not mean that someone is perfect at something. I am vulnerable as much as the next guy and I am not ashamed to open myself and admit my mistakes. I do have over 500 videos on the channel and you don't have to watch them all but I spoke about many, many topics including, brokers, fraud, negotiation etc. I have over 50 videos where I record myself booking loads. I even go live and book loads. I have nothing to hide and people can watch those videos, cheer for me or for drivers, learn from my skills or from my mistakes. You do whatever you want about it. Most of people will comment on my videos in a positive way and I appreciate that. To those who have negative things to say, I just have one thing to tell them: Please make uncensored videos of yourself booking loads and let us criticize you :))

@zahidhussain30815 күн бұрын
@@NeverStopTRK That's harsh, man. Like brokers, carrrier should also have a plaform to do the same to them and report them. One freight gaurd report can put your business 6 months behind. It doesn't matter if it's your mistake, if the report is true or not. That's the dark, harsh truth about trucking industry today.

Freight guard represents something only in the heads of small bad rated brokers. Their review won't affect your bussines. Just because somebody wrote something on their stupid website, doesn't mean that nobody gonna work with you.

Also, keep in mind about Archerhub brokers, we got stuck in L.A area for the whole weekend, After 4th of July passed.
