PJ is the perfect fit Nico is the man.. it doesn’t matter if he was “correcting a mistake”. The Mavs are 11 deep people forget how awesome Exum was playing. What does "the league allowed this to happen" even mean? Noone allowed this. Dallas did this. Did the league also allow the Celtics to aquire such an amazing Starting 5? Did the league allow the Thunder to have the most talented young core in decades and the biggest draft capital in the entire NBA? Did they allow the Knicks to aquire the (most likely) deepest team in the league without using even one 1st? No... the Owners, GM's and their staff did all of this by making good decisions.

What makes the Mavs dangerous is because Luka can run offenses effectively. He’s like a coach on the floor and will generate open shots. You blitz him, jokes on you, pass on a 4v3. Single coverage he’ll score 73 pts.😂 Luka also improves in the playoffs where it comes to a lot of schemes and counters.

In 1 game I same more box out s by a Mavs player than in the last 2 years. Only other Mavs box out was by Bertans. I thought Kidd Knew how to coach but he never made his players do basic moves......til Now. Regardless of the win both Washington and Gafferts played a high energy textbook style of play on both ends of the court. Welcome gents, glad you are here and hope it rubs off on rest of the team

Mavs are good, but itll take more than one game to see if they are actually the best team in the west. Nuggets, Clippers, Thunder, and Timberwolves are still serious contenders

Timberwolves are a second round exit, OKC is a bigger threat but also second round exit. Only Clippers and Denver are serios contenders in the West and just Denver can beat the Mavs in a 7 game series.

best line up so far. they just need to be consistent, especially the role players. im still in doubt if hardaway, but let's see with this upgrade. gafford, washington and lively should be the rotation for the bigs. i hope kidd is aware of that. powell is past his best years after that injury. i'd have this line up as the starting 5: luka kyrie j.green pj lively

The West is tough , now with Dallas on the mix, it's even tougher. Nuggets, Clippers are really the top 2 teams, but Dallas could give them some problems, they might be the dark horse of the West.

As a Wizards fan I've been watching gafford do this for years but they were always just so bad that it kind of made him look like a mid player. On a good team he becomes so much more valuable because people like Luka can actually capitalize off of his box outs and rebounds.

I live in Dallas, and I’m an OKC fan, and, Mavs, but I’m big into OKC this year, had tickets for the game on the 10th Mavs v Thunder, and went in fully confident OKC was going to smoke Mavs. And I proceeded to watch as the Mavs effortlessly destroyed OKC. Needless to say, I drank quite a bit. Mavs are a threat again.

at first I thought it was a mistake giving up Williams as we will need his big body in the playoffs. However I didn't expect gafford to play like this either. He always showed up on highlights of other players getting crossed or dunked on. So it turned out to be really good and mavs again made good moves. Except just saw a video of Luka reaction on JJ reddick podcast of losing brunson for nothing. I was a kyrie fan and who loved mark cuban from years as a business man but never expected kyrie would go to mavs and actually love the front office of mark cuban with mutual respect. despite all of this people defend nets front office, nobody even knew kyrie posted a story that was an issue until Tsai the owner tweeted a apology. Than all the media picked up and the next day was crazy. Now here is kyrie happy with mark cuban a Jewish decent who supported kyrie during all of that
