Ren is like a human Onion, you peel 1 layer only to find another, the nearest I can think to Ren is Lauren Hill, but she did not play instruments or take on every genre of music.

Just to point the beginning where he walks away from the Fish n' Chips, Ren suffers from Lyme Disease and has been relegated to a strict diet which limits the types of food he can eat. Hence his angst displayed in the moment.

I think one of the best parts about him is that he doesn't give a single care in the world if he becomes rich and famous, he just LOVES music and creating. After Sony dropped him when he became sick he pretty much became "anti-industry" and he's so much better off for it!

The crazy thing about ren is how long he carrys the bars. most artists will go 3 or 4 bards before a switch running out of rhymes, Ren goes 6 or 7 and pushes it that little bit further every time
