I love Masaru's simple style of cooking because it really brings out its natural flavor, especially sashimi cuts! ....That is, unless, he brings out questionable seafood....then he masks the flavors properly!

i'd love to be your neighbor Masaru! :D Also! love your content, everything looks so mouth watering and fun! Makes me want to do some fishing and cook them myself like you! I dont know anything about being a fisherman or what is the best way to cook a fish depending or its freshness or age. Would love to watch a video from you teaching that or giving tips for beginners :D

Groupers are probably one the best if not the best option for sashimi. Many local sashimi restaurants from my place use Groupers. I have tasted it and taste texture wise its one of the best. Definitely top 5 fishes I like.
