I commented once but I’m going to comment again. I have a few regrets over the years for not buying/doing something, most of it Disney related. And now I find I’m in a place where life threw me a curveball. Having things to look back at fondly, remembering the emotions of acquiring the souvenirs gives me a little reprieve in the arduous daily routines associated with this challenge. So yeah, you never know what may come at you so live a little, enjoy a lot! Do what your heart desires. Love your enthusiasm!

I thought it would have been more expensive. The Jacket is really cool. I love Tron but I am so sad that my good friend Cindy recently passed away. I am still in shock. I have known her over 10 years and had some amazing conversations. She would call every once in a while to catch up. I miss her. Thank you Chris for your excitement and fan excitement!

I love watching this! I was working at Disney when Tron opened and I was part of the opening team in merchandise. We had classes to learn about all these products so I love to see people getting these. We all had a lot of fun playing with them the opening week 😅

I'm so happy that you're so happy with your souvenirs/experience. That said I feel like they could have done those identity disks better, while yeah the blue tooth speaker is nice, the lights I feel should be a continuous streak instead of very obvious placement of where the LEDs are at.

I watched Tron long ago and didn’t get it - too young at the time. We were in MK a little while ago, and I really wanted to ride it with my grandsons, but my hip just wouldn’t let me sit in the cycle comfortably. Next time I’ll try the alternative seat. Thanks for sharing your fun!

Tron is a great movie as well as the sequel, and to watch you get excited over all the stuff you got was cool, I'm glad you got the action figure to match your jacket, it kind of brings out the reality of it all, but you really got a load of stuff for all that money and was blown away when I saw the face moving with those three different faces you did.

I just watched this video and wow I was smiling from ear to ear from beginning to end. I’m a huge fan of Tron as well. Thank you so much for sharing this experience I fricken loved it. I felt like I was there doing it myself. I would have been disappointed though if you hadn’t picked the best line”I fight for the users” it was also so thrilling to see you make all the same choices I would have making this even so much better. Your enthusiasm sold this whole video. Can’t think of a funner person to make this video. Again absolutely loved it. I’m a magic key holder in Anaheim. Wish we had the Tron experience. Awesome vid! Tron was one of my favorite movies as a kid, and Legacy raised the bar. I loved when they had ElecTRONica at California Adventure! I didn’t know that package existed. Considering I’ve spent more on lightsabers at DLR, this will definitely be one of my purchases when I finally make it over to DW.

Awesome video! That is the most complex production infrastructure-that had to be conceived, designed, and built for a Disney souvenir-that I’ve ever seen! I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. And trust me, my merch budget is equally unsafe at Galaxy’s Edge.

I love TRON so much!! I want to go to WDW so bad so I can ride TRON! I remember seeing TRON Legacy in theaters when it came out, and I noticed the T on Rinzler’s chest way before the end of the movie!! It was the coolest Easter egg I’ve ever noticed in a movie, and could not believe that I realized it was TRON before it was revealed!

Very cool Chris! You had me at “make your own action figure”. Question. What’s to stop you from making your own catch phrases? Instead of saying “see you on the grid”. Could I blurt out “Where’s the beef!”? If it’s not already in the works, maybe Disney needs to make an updated Tron version instead of destroying the Star Wars Franchise. I nominate you as creative consultant and you definitely need to be in that film at least in a cameo role!

Did you get any sleep that night?! Sooooooooo happy for you!! Reminds me of (and makes me sad they no longer offer this) Star War weekends at Studios. My boys (then 4 & 5) chose a character (Shia chose a storm trooper and Beau, the baseball kid who kept breaking his legs, chose an X-wing pilot then posed for a 3D head/face scan. Some time later, their figurine was done. Not sure what they were made from, but it feels like a bunch of compressed sand. Super cool and wonderful keepsakes that have been on the mantle ever since that trip, a mere ten years ago. ❤
