It's sometimes a bit harder than just watching. In my experience I try putting on on "producer mode" when watching YT videos. That means analysing what works well in existing videos, and asking yourself which ideas to reproduce and what you could do differently to make it even better

I do this with a lot of channels I watch. I look at where they cut the video, how they add impact to their words with editing, and storytelling and structure of the video. I then try and replicate the techniques and add my own unique spin. Your videos will definitely improve when you watch channels analytically

I respectfully disagree. If you learn every aspect of what a successful KZfaqr does (Retention, video shots, ideas, editing, selecting the right music, etc), I believe everyone can be successful. The only people who aren't successful is not evolving in these skills, hitting a wall, and giving up. I barely got to 100 subscribers and I know my videos are HORRIBLE. But with that said, there's A LOT of room to improve. Don't give up guys! Learn process. Evolve in each video. Write down notes and incorporate to next videos. I know that's what I NEED to be doing! We will grow! And that's a FACT

Truth be told. Four bad qualities of a You Tube vid: 1. Making you read text as opposed to hearing some narration. 2. Having an A.I. generated voice do narration for you (people in the comments can always tell the difference). 3. Not having any music. And.... 4. Disabling Comments....(cowardly, to be honest). If you have an educational account, that would be wrong. Just my opinions though. I don't make vids. But when I was going to college and needed a visual aid to learn some stuff about programming. I wanted to ask questions about the procedures they were doing. But couldn't. Finished the finals by finally finding some rabbit hole of vids that barely did an explanation.

Thanks, Ruri. I love that you still make content like this. I like the part where you said you have a personal brand. For me, finding a video style is hard. Do you want to be experimental or do you want to just show a straightforward vlog? There are just so many possibilities. Also, as you speak, sometimes it's hard to stay consistent in vocal tones and control over how I sound. I might inadvertently start sounding bored or something. I guess, the feel for it, just comes with time.

For me finding a niche is being definitely the most challenging thing to do, just like you I'm on my 5th attempt 😅I wanted to do ALL my research first, truly understanding youtube and how it works. After many videos and lots of notes I decided to start over again by rethinking who I'm talking to? And why? I know what I'm good at, but still don't know how to apply that in content creation, I want to create content in the gaming genre because gaming is my hobby, and finding a niche that I really like and actually works mixed with what I'm good at is confusing. Maybe I have to ask myself those questions again, and with the answers, consider if that genre is the correct choice for my content to begin with. What a challenge, but without your videos and your suggestions I wouldn't have any idea of what to do, thank you so much Ruri

Best is for them to have a way to spit regular content in-between the better projects. Watching others content to streaming playing the stuff you play. Kinda like a mix of ur regular life around the context of the content you make. Same as celebrities needed to have life drama but instead more wholesome or informative if used correctly.

But after some time, I was lucky when I found out I could give my channel initial dose of subs, just enough to start getting noticed more and more. I got myself a first couple hundred subs very fast (I have personally used a bit of Famester), and after that my main channel gained a ton of organic traffic day after day.

Additional camera recommendation, Canon T7i or T8i. These models have fantastic focus tracking, better than any other DSLR that I've ever used which was my initial selling point when buying my T7i. Canon's webcam drivers and utilities are incredibly simple and plug-and-play with all applications. You'll need to get an AC power pack that slots into where the battery goes but they are not expensive on Amazon. The T7i and T8i (T7i is older so less expensive) are great options because of the sheer volume of lenses out there that are compatible with them. I haven't used any mirrorless cameras so I can't speak to the value of those, but at the very least, now you know that the T7i or T8i are great as streaming/web cams too. Plus, you can explore traditional photography with them which is a lot of fun.

Her narrative about her family is unclear. I understand that, as a daughter, she wanted to improve her family's condition, get them out of debts and financially secure them for the rest of their lives. However, these are able-bodied adults (mother, father, brother) who are capable of working for themselves and are either living in Japan or in Turkey. The concept of "poverty" in those countries is very different compared to the poverty in third world countries. Having no money to pay for school lunch can be considered poverty in Turkey or Japan. In other countries, it is being out of school, malnutrition and feeding from garbage cans. If I were to be the wealthiest in my family, I would not want to spoil them with material things they did not work for that would turn them into couch potatoes in the long run. Not saying that she does it, though.

People of today face so many dilemmas… and confusing ideologies. The Families of today continue to break up because of coerced Egoistic agendas. No matter where anyone is in the world… you are either Fascist or not. To conform to “pop” culture and worldly things are all “socialism”… which is “Fascism,” altogether “Nazism” and “Nihilism” and they are misinformed people who carry out these agendas. They use FEMALES like Ruri and many more to lure the masses. Literally, what potential value has she really shared for a Greater and Better Life? Or is it another copied and pasted tactic of the populists, the Ghadzis, Hormozis, Tuckers, Buffets, Tates, Belmars… and many more pushed agents. None of these people truly stem from Indigenous. They all are agents of an agenda that’s inhumane. The new Modern world Ponzi scheme is still using old tactics of divide and rule, and physical attraction is now “virtual” attraction. Make sure you lure the masses… 1.2Million and more… yet, Never Truly counting 1 to 1,000,000 in your entire life. As a puppet… your goal is simply to attract and lure those many people into what..?!? Another evidential proof of the Agenda that many fall low (follow) and regurgitate. So much more to Learn in Life… yet, people who have the puppet power… what are you using it for? Don’t be a Trick-Victim!
