I am happy to hear that, unfortunately in the past few years the channel has died because I've been inactive, dealing with personal issues, working 3 jobs and trying to figure out a content strategy for the channel that I really think might help people and not just give them a quick motivational boost. I would really like to get the channel back to where it was, but unfortunately, the KZfaq algorithms are no longer my friends. That's why I appreciate every comment, like and share to the videos!

I will be honest, more people have unsubscribed from my latest videos than subscribed. Before the channel used to make around 3000$ a month, nowadays it has dropped by 80% and it doesn't really make profit when you deduct the expenses. But I would rather create a video that could really help people than just to create videos for profit. Not a very good business model, but that's how it is, right now. Thank you for your comment, it shows me that even though not a lot of people watch my videos nowadays, I am still able to connect with people through my work.

@@Motivationgrid man, you're the one of the most honest motivation-video creator here on KZfaq. Many others here on youtube also give nice tips but they are eager for the customer's money, so they sell their "best secrets" as products at their astronomically expensive seminars, workshops or whatsoever. One doesn't need something like that, because that's business and not welfare. I for myself still watch your videos because they inspire me in many ways. Keep up m8!

You're doing a great job bro...there's a lot there to explain than just to pump up with motivation...keep going, you'll find plenty of content and you'll gain a mass of subscribers (who are really willing to take action rather than just getting pumped off) because of the truth you've shown. There are still so many people including me, who want to listen to the truth not just getting pumped.

There’s a quote I came up with a while back. “You don’t have to be motivated to do it, you have to do it to be motivated.” When motivation fails, discipline will rule. Along the lines, motivation will find its way back, and you’ll be proud of yourself, getting into the true habit of life. You need to learn to act, even when you have trouble feeling. It’s ok if you do not want to force yourself after a hard time. But you must push yourself if you truly want it. Depending on motivation only will probably not get you to where you want to be. Be a successful person. How much motivation is truly enough to make it? I guess it will count as experience. Motivation is honestly so important as well. It’s part of the whole process, it’s what stems and makes the whole journey worthy and enjoyable, and it’s one big part of why you wanted to do it in the first place. So don’t downplay it. But don’t forget to include every other aspect, as well. And to not rely on motivation. Although it’s key. You can achieve things. You can truly make it. Thank you for this speech. You must focus on your journey as well as your destination.

Most people lost spirituality which is the ultimate motivation..knowing that god got your back and that no matter what you’ll always be ok whether you’re happy about what you’re doing or not..knowing that there’s an ultimate reward for every good deed..motivation comes from the satisfaction of doing work! Plus, the best work is produced under pressure, when you’re not ready or not motivated or don’t have enough time

This is real gold, but I’m not sure how accurate I’d have to do my own research. I do agree that motivation is good for a short time but being able to get things done without out it is what separate the best from the rest. There’s so much out there on self help and people in the new age that say Visualization works and so do some celebrities and even if a lot of it hasn’t been scientifically proven judging from what is being said, a lot of lives has changed. I am Open minded and I love hearing different ideas but this just kind of stumped my beliefs and now I’m trying to figure this stuff out lol

Sorry, but motivation always comes first. Why else would you strive for disciplin in the first place? As long as you want something, you have a motive to do something. Sometimes you want something that demands more effort, than you are motivated to deliver. Then you should examine your motives - are they healthy and reasonable.
