the thing that bothers me most is what is the point? there is someone who loves and values us, yes...but the relationship with them will end at some point and usually sooner than later, in all likelihood. why go over the same thing over and over? It doesn't seem worth the effort and pain.

Yes guys this is the truth three months ago I was still hurting and scared that I wouldn’t get over it. I’m still not over the betrayal but I’m ok with them not coming back, I think of them less often , not eager or hoping for a message or call, not stalking their page. And when I tell you I’m horrible at no contact and being an anxious attachment style I thought I wouldn’t ever rise above the water . But I’m good

You’re 100% right. Without sounding arrogant, in most people’s eyes I am probably a lot more physically attractive than my ex, but I was dumped and although I know I could find better, it’s the rejection that hurts.

Me & my ex took a break apart for a few weeks to get our minds together I thought. I went to see her to hug her before work and she already had another guy over. I didn't let it get me down because I asked God to show me what I can't see and he did. He lead me to helping her get a apartment where I live just to show me what was going on. God is real and what you ask him to reveal he most definitely do. It hurts but I know one thing God protected my future and didn't want me being mislead therefore he reveal the truth. Thanks so much heavily father I'm truly grateful for everything you did, doing, and going to do.

Brilliant!, and a 100% correct. Indifference is what would ultimately reattract them. That, combined with them seeing you living your life, continuously improving, always upbeat (a.k.a) not miserable) get ting smarter, stronger, and constantly trending up. Your ex will not match your growth curve and when they realize later wtf they did. It's a wrap. We might not even want them at that point.

The craziest thing is, I have applied everything he told me to do and I've gotten stronger physically, I'm an A student in nursing school, one of the top in my class, I've had so many girls ask me out since then, it's crazy fr. Your advice is golden and I have absolutely come to the point where I question if my ex was even good enough for me. I never got her back, BUT I highly believe I can do better. Had a consultation with Coach a few weeks ago and life has been great since. Implemented what he said, focused on physical fitness and am in good shape, financially I'm in a better position. Also I've got a better girl who is way more suited to me! Use the advice and take action!!! Action is the only thing that matters, time will heal you as long as you're working on yourself aswell! Dude, I swear your videos always come at the times I need them. I’m two weeks out of a really tough breakup - I thought I would marry her and was convinced she was the one for me. Unfortunately this last month we ran into some issues and had a few fights that ultimately led to her abruptly leaving the relationship. No working through things, no “closure”, and things haven’t gotten better through No Contact. I realize now that it’s been my mindset and the worth and value i’m putting on myself. My SP told me when we first got together 1 of the things that attracted her to me was she loved my confidence. Then she said this after sometime had gone and we were getting intimate was because I brought up my children, I can cook, I look after myself, and my finances are in great order and my home is clean and very well looked after.

I had a call with you about 6 months ago and it helped me a lot. I don’t want my Ex back. My heartbreak made me travel to Ghana and meet part of my family. I know Ghana and Nigeria aren’t the best of friends when it comes to Jollof Rice and many other things😅. But as a fellow West-African: I love your content! My ex husband and I have 2 kids. We busted up in September. He immediately started seeing someone else. Within 3weeks he had moved in with her. Mines officially broke up with me 2 weeks ago and mannn it's been rough. My ex said that I bring him peace and calms him. That he respects me a lot like my independence. He broke up with me saying that we are two people with strong personalities and it becomes difficult. Then he returned after 2 and half months saying that he sees a future with me and he appreciates the fact that I understand his work (He loves his work). Then he left me again saying that I bring chaos to his life and he is done with the drama. He wants a peaceful life. Man I've been thru so much hurt in the last 2 years 3 break ups and the only thing I feel is I'm not good enough I really tried to be what they wanted me to be I dive in head 1st and give my heart and end up getting it broken. This last break up is probably the hardest I really thought she was the one the chemistry was crazy she said she was in love with me and I felt so luck to be with her. So I went into no contact and I posted a story on my instagram, she texted me around 10pm “u w/ somebody?” but I didn’t answer until the next day and she said “mm happy thanksgiving” she went ghost when I said it back. But yesterday was my birthday and she texted me again around 11pm, the day before my birthday saying “happy birthday, Ik it’s not your birthday til tomorrow but I love you and I hope you enjoy your day tomorrow”. But I responded with “thank you, I will”. Was that a good response or did I mess up by not sayin I love you too

Man it’s tough to do no contact because we have a kid and I don’t message her or call her all day but she always hits me up. And ask me about my day and then invites me over for dinner and now I’ve been staying back at her house again and everything seems fine we spent thanksgiving together all as a family. But ended up losing my family. He blames everyone else for the marriage breakup, but he is the one who caused it. I was trying to give us time and space to see if the marriage can still work! He walks pass me at work in front of everyone and says he loves me but he hasn't done not 1 single thing to show that he wants to save the marriage. I think that this no contact is just to help you struggling emotionally untill certain amount of time passes and then you just forget that..and chances that your ex gets back are close to none because she wouldnt leave you in the first place..what is even more real is that no matter how succesfull you get and happy and stuff i think that she just woudnt care any more because time has passed she healed and figured out that she doesnt need you

No contact doesn’t mean “you gotta get your ex back” even though you may be hoping he or she gets back but that’s not the real deal. The real deal is to move on from whatever emotional pain you’re feeling on the inside. And it also helps you to know what you really want in a partner moving forward. The main aim is not to get back to the person but to work on yourself as an individual. Shalom!!

She moved on with some one when we both took space and still in contact and now she wont come back no matter how hard i try. She asked for space and after 2 months she would not decide him or me and im scared to do the no contact because thats how i lost her in first place...

It’s so crazy how people ask for space and then end up with someone else and I’m afraid of no contact because it seems like if I don’t communicate with them as the days pass it will be too late and it’s best to wait out for them to come around because I made the mistake of reaching out during the no contact and now they’re angry

If you ever accept her back after she has made it clear she’s happy with whom ever she’s with. Trust me brother , that will be a big loss for you and it will affect you drastically in your life. If a partner says they’ve moved on and made it clear they are happy without you, you either take the L and move on as a man or better still when she comes back don’t take her serious to be in a relationship with her but have fun and also move on . Never take a girl who’s emotionally gone. She will bring you chaos and manipulate. She will only see you weak as a man.
