Opening 16 strike back. I'm a huge fan of this anime but I should point out it's one those animes that starts out OK but gets better better and better as it goes on in my opinion.

Fairy tail is fun wholesome and while it isn't perfect, Fairy Tail is a show that knows exactly what the fans of it are coming for. Fun, Emotion, laughter, and just an all around good time it's the anime I recommend to anyone who maybe has kids or friends who aren't into anime it's a great place to start and personally I consider it a classic in the same vain as Naruto, Yu Yu Hakusho, or Pokemon.

So basically, without spoiling anything, here's the MAIN story/background: Natsu Dragneel, the MC (some say he isnt the mc but he pretty much is), is the guy with pink hair. When he was young he was "found by a dragon" and that dragon raised him. (the red dragon you keep seeing in these openings). That dragon taught him how to use Fiire Dragon Slayer Magic, so he isn't just any fire mage, he's a dragon slayer. Natsu sees him as his father, and he wants to find him again, because he suddenly dissappeared. That's why he joined the magic wizard guild 'Fairy Tail'. He then came across Lucy (the blonde girl) and together they went on all these adventures. I won't say anything else cuz I'll probably spoil you, but yeah that's kinda the main story/background. People hate on it alot, because of the "power of friendship" but if you actually watch the anime, and love it like I do, you'll understand everything. Anyway, hope you'll watch it ;) (it's worth it)
