So glad I found your channel...I love these homes and the price is good...like you, I'm so sick of the last 50 years of home design/construction ...yes, so boring and never enough merging of outside with inside. Thankfully the entire world is entering the Aquarian age...the golden age, where everything including homes will reach a much higher consciousness. I'm ready, and can't wait for the home revamp revolution, because I'll be in line to purchase one of these gems. Thanks always for progressive content!

I live in a cabin with lots of Glass (love it!). R-value of double glazed glass is 2. I wonder how these are with all the glass & not much insulation......temp & H/A wise.

Those are really cool. In a rural spot they'd be great. I don't think they'd work as a back yard unit with neighbors all around, but I'd love one on a lake.

My experience with one way glass is that it only works if the outside is has more light than the inside. That’s fine during the day but T night it’s the opposite. It would be interesting to see some real pictures or video of the one way glass at night and during the day.

Boring is profitable for companies. In the Minneapolis area they are building $500K to million dollar boxes with fancy fronts, but walk around the home and it’s a cheap box with cheap windows and siding.

I like the idea of using 3M safety window film to protect the glass during storms. Then you MIGHT not need storm shutters.

Wow what about security? What about solar gain and ice cold nights. Is there a heating and cooling plant? What about extreme weather storms? What about screen doors and ventilation? The price would be great if the units came with insulated storm and security shutters.

This is the kind of news I like to hear, a manufacturer out growing his production facilities, this means the demand is out there!😊 let’s look at the numbers, demand is 4-8 million new affordable homes in the next 5 years , Boxabl has a 100,000 waiting list, if here in the US we will need at least 8 million affordable homes, so it’s a big market with growth potential to sustain at least 50 different types and kinds of affordable modular homes, keep in mind that I am talking about just modular tiny or small homes 400 sqft to 850 sqft, 1&1,2&1, 2&2, 3&2 all under 1000 sqft and retail at less than $350k at the high end, the coming recession will last 2-3 years, prices will drop and then climb but modular homes will be the wave of the future (Think Tesla on a larger scale, stick built homes are too costly and take to long to construct)😊

Super cool homes Kerry ~ and the prices, should they hold, are fantastic for what is being offered. Bear in mind that these ads show a picturesque view that few installed homes will have as most will be installed on properties with existing homes (aka back yards) so when the view is taken out of the mix, these homes lose a bit of their appeal and will feel much smaller when not opened up to the outside. Additionally, the studio appears to be designed for temperate climates only as too hot or cold will play havoc with all those windows.

OK. I'm almost sold. Especially if I could get privacy glass that "fogged" the glass at the flip of a switch. Otherwise I'd just install ceiling to floor bamboo privacy shades that rolled down from the ceiling. It's a little bit of work, but who doesn't draw their curtains or blinds closed at night? To answer another reader's hurricane concerns, I like the idea of using 3M safety window film to protect the glass during storms. Then s/he MIGHT not need storm shutters.

They even do incredible Scandi Long house "Sheds" to die. The U.S. is truly lagging. These units are stunning with equally user-friendly pricing. If available today, I would be purchasing a combo. I love your content. We live in the Western WA and have property in Central WA. The property is open (no obstructions on the land itself). To get there is another story. It requires going up roads with winding elevation. School buses are able to get to the top in all weather conditions on the mountain ridge. Is it feasible for us to have a prefabricated modular transported to the land? What types of questions should we be asking? We appreciate your accrued knowledge plus live and learn philosophy. Love the full window, can no one really see inside? The style is wonderful! I like the Mini 13, but because I cook a lot, I'd need a much bigger kitchen; I've yet to see any of these types of home with really nice kitchens.

Nice homes. Unusual design. Natural light is definitely not a problem. The privacy window mechanism sounds interesting. I am curious as the darkness for sleeping? Two pizzas per week? Really? This particular home excites me, almost Scandinavian style. I'm still looking for land over east of the Cascade Mountains around Okanogan south to Lake Chelan/ Brewster, Paterson. I like these homes and others that are similar in nature but my question is what are they doing around the country zoning wise to allow for these homes .Near as I can tell they all end up out in the mountains like a cabin or they would have to end up in a mobile home park please comment on this problem.

Far as I know, one way glass works in daylight but not at night when it’s brighter inside than outside. Lights on in the bedroom? I think these designs need shades or curtains. Would love to know I’m wrong. But other questions arise. All that glass means big energy bills in cold climates, no? And mirror coatings cut down on solar gain in winter when I’d want it. Love the look here, but skeptical about practicality.

I like the look of these homes my only issue is with the glass do they have like a tinting package Maybe I don't mind being able to see out but like the bedrooms All Glass on some of them the living room I just don't want some random Yahoo watching me watch TV on my couch you know what I'm saying or watch me sleeping in my bedroom or God forbid catch me getting dressed you know if they would tint the window so I can see out and see all the lovely views but people can't necessarily see into my house I would go for it

Pure 14 has a door that shutters the bathroom inside of the main bedroom, making it basically off limits to anyone staying in the rest of the unit. 😅

Love it! Very Frank Lloyd Wright-esque! I think the design is not going to be for everyone, (whire's my shiplap?) LOL! But it's a wonderful home for a great price point! Jf they can keep it at that price long enough to get the capital up and running...they are beautiful, you'd need a nice piece of property to fully appreciate the view...don't wanna waste all that glass looking at your neighbor in his backyard watering his lawn in his old boxers and a ciggy hangin' outta his mouth! Just sayin'
