Grow your own, you can buy ready made kits or culture and make spawn, its much cheaper to grow from spawn but you can also buy the spawn premade and just add to a substrate when you want mushrooms.

Since I have no idea where you are have a search online or try searching for mushroom kits. I normally find these from local mushroom growers - I hope to help build the demand - such a great alternative to animal products.
