I can say this as someone who ended up in a wheelchair after developing PoTS and blacked out 30 times a day (I'm not embellishing) posture and core strength is everything. After strengthening my core and mindfully staying in good posture (my pelvis is hypermobile) my syncopal attacks reduced significantly, my IBS has almost disappeared and I can walk much better although I still get fatigued.

Yes I have forward head and I get cramps trying to do ab work, so can’t do much. Also all my hips and muscles along spine are tight and physio has to do deep work to release them but it’s never ending, I need answers to correct it not just releasing it

I was under the impression that all tight muscles are weak muscles. They can’t do their job in a relaxed state so the body locks them down to try and find equilibrium. If they’re tight long enough, I’m also pretty sure that the nerves quiet down and you can have to retrain your body (like this video) how to move again. Our setup is wild.

Yes, that's how tightness works. Spot on.

Do exercises for the rhomboids. Stronger rhomboids will pull the scapulas back which will pull the shoulders back and straighten your neck.

No, you see what you must do is actually make sure that your back molars are connecting specifically on your left side. This is caused by a variety of factors. The main thing is that it starts with your brain. Once you fix your brain then it’ll fix the rest of your nervous system, technically, but I will explain on this later, What comes next is then fixing your foot and kiss kinesthetic awareness but this must come after you were on a routine and scheduled strength and maintenance program approved by your medical provider. Once you have that in place and your body is aware that your back molars are in place once again it must be your molars your back molars on your left side. It worked out all about left side awareness, of course You must look at your hip stabilization, but before that you must look at your feet and make sure that one foot is not doing most of the work so you’re gonna need to measure your strides after that six month experiment you’re going to make adjustments, which will take another six months after that, you might need surgery then following the surgery, you will need to correct that hip tilt and once again, make sure the molars touch on the left side It’s very important that the molars touch on the left side. Once that’s done then you can focus on fixing up pelvic till but then thing is here. The body is all connected to the central nervous system a.k.a. the CNS this is responsible for your all of your balances, all of your balances are coming from your brain , once you have your brain fixed then you can go back to making sure that you constantly chewing gum on your left side while doing daily balance routines, along with constantly having a popsicle stick grip to the back of your mouth you might need jaw surgery or to see a dental specialist But otherwise you’re not gonna be able to fix your body at all because this is the trigger for the central nervous system once again this is why wisdom teeth should not be removed at the very least thousands of dollars in medical expense should be used to fix the problems that wisdom teeth create an order for your back left molars to connect once that happens everything else will fall into place. Your pelvic tilt will be fixed. Your feet will be fixed. Your back will be fixed and this forward head pasture will no longer be an issue, but , there is one other problem. You’re gonna need to do about four hours of rehab daily along with a yoga routine and daily popsicle stick chewing in the back left molar this will get you about 10% of the way there good luck.

How can you know if you have tight abs? When doing the exercise where I have to fully exhale to activate the side abs, also 6pack abs activate - how to fix that?
@Aaron-zk6jn13 күн бұрын
It’s about the whole body being connected to the central nervous system that starts with a popsicle stick and you wanna make sure that your left side of your molars are chewing a popsicle stick 24 seven otherwise you’re going to need some sort of surgical intervention once you’re on balance then it’s game on then of course folks on your breathing it’s very very very very important to breathe manually. OK this is something that’s not ever gonna be subconscious, especially for those who have things such as a deviated septum and can’t do nasal breathing, but, it is important that you breathe manually anything less is beta behavior this is the sigma way
