You can get them on Amazon! I have the mate 10 and I've dropped it about 50 times on the concrete and god damn has it held up. The only problem is that there isn't a lot of cases and you have to get them off of Amazon but other than that they're a great phone and a lot cheaper than phones being sold today.

Alexander Kirpichnikov Each pick has two different hardness levels on them on each end of the tool. The pick he was using has levels 6 and 7. So when you see 7 at the top, he was actually using number 6. The same if you see 6 at the top then he’s using number 7 on the other end. Hope that helps 😊

ツAjinkc the harder a material is, the more brittle it becomes. the softer a material, the more resistant it is. that’s why many smartphone screens as of late can survive a 5ft drop but get scratched by the tiniest bit of pocket lint. so yes, there is always a trade off. edit: softer = more resistant to drops and better shock absorption* not scratching.

I own a Mate 30 Pro and a Galaxy Note 10+. I bought the 10+ a week before the Mate 30 Pro came out and found myself lusting after that screen when I finally had it in hand. (the Mate 30 Pro screen, when I saw it in the Huawei store) It's really something to see in person. Anyway, first things first, the volume knob works perfectly, and this video I guess demonstrates how it doesn't work when it isn't used properly. Double tap the side of the device and it comes up. You don't need to move your finger to the volume on screen, just slide your finger up or down from where you tapped (on the side of the display) and it'll adjust the volume. It even works when the screen is off. As for everything else, the phone is absolutely fantastic. I've even loaded Google services onto the phone, full Play Store, KZfaq, etc. It works just as it should. One thing that is truly of note is just how great the batter life is. This is a two to two and a half day phone, the battery lasts a LONG time. It also charges super fast because it comes with a 40watt charger in the box. Out of my two phones, I definitely use the Mate 30 Pro a lot more than my Samsung, about 80% of the time, in fact. I like my Galaxy, but it doesn't have the same wow factor that my Mate 30 Pro does. I'd say the Galaxy's camera does a better job with colour reproduction (camera performance) than the Mate 30, but the Mate captures a lot more detail than the Galaxy. That said, both have excellent low-light camera performance though the Mate 30 still manages to capture more detail in low light than the Galaxy does. They're both great phones, but I find myself enjoying the pure ownership (just having it, that "omg it's mine" feeling) of the Mate 30 Pro more strongly than the Note 10+. That might be because I got it later (only a week), though I think it's more so because there's this constant "omg that screen is just SO beautiful" feeling when seeing different backgrounds on the Mate 30 Pro. Anyway, there's my two cents.
