I’m just really glad he didn’t use the word “passive”.

Great video. I love the ABZ method. Really takes the load off me and allows me to just start and taking the first step to get to Z

Good stuff. This is the biggest struggle with a mismanaged team. No time to work on “things that will work for you”. Constantly putting out fires. Would love to revamp my Company’s onboarding/training. That is a pipe dream. Won’t do it at the expense of 12hr days and not seeing my family. Worked in HR for 10 years and can tell from these videos Ramsey is a well oiled machine that I have no doubt is a great place to work. Honest days work without burning people out.

I reaaaaally like ABZ. I find that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. As long as I don’t give up, I’ll definitely still hit Z. I only don’t if I give up.

Look at any business like a machine that you work hard to build . At some point it can run itself with minimal input from you the boss. Good, well trained employees.

That’s funny, I do Rental Houses! Rents come in if I’m home or not! I workout in the mornings (Monday-Thursday)!

Focus on the activity or output that will continue to work for you after the initial effort is completed. Basically spend more time on activities that provide leverage.

This whole “make your business work for you” or some other form of that statement is simple: you need to build a system. A business is a system. If your business doesn’t run if you’re not there, you do not have a business. Develop a system. Go to a grocery store…. the store manager isn’t there and hasn’t been there for two days…. The store was open and ran just like it always does…. They have a system. It’s not hard, people.
