Skorpion is a good example also. One of the most accurate tanks on paper but I can't tell you how many times it just bloops into the ground

My favorite example of "dispersion" is the KV-5. It has a huge reticle and abysmal accuracy - at least if you look at the stats. But in reality it hits the bulls eye more often then many other tanks. Another great example is the Bourasque. On paper bad accuracy but in reality many hits while on the move. And WG keeps denying there is such a thing as hidden sigma.......yeah right.

@Claus Kellerman Arty was the one that killed Grille in the second game, not 121b. That's why he made that kind of a decision.

Hey Claus - Loved that first match; fun to watch a great sniper at work, while that second game was painful to watch at the end. A tank is, at its core, a mobile gun platform, so let's compare guns, both of the American Revolutionary War period - the Leopard as a Pennsylvania Long Rifle, and the AMX 30B as a Britsh "Brown Bess' (smoothbore) musket. The Brown Bess was a huge caliber (0.75 in.) gun, so a hit caused significant damage. But in 1811 in London, a field test was conducted at 100 yards against man-sized wooden shields that produced only a 53% hit rate. Meanwhile, the Pennsylvania Long Rifle could achieve a much higher percentage hit rate at 300 yards, although its smaller caliber (0.40) round did less damage. For Rate of Fire, the Brown Bess had an edge because ramming a round(ish) ball down the smoothbore was quicker than getting a bullet down the rifled barrel. So I think it is an apt comparison between tanks and guns, and I'll take the Leopard/Pennsylvania Long Rifle every time, especially because America won.

The Leopard was my most-played tank. I had approx 4.5k battles in it, and I agree, it is just a pleasure to play because it generally hits where you aim. That is, of course, off-set by the lack of armor and its propensity to be ammo racked a/o set on fire. (Is balanced, da!)

In the AMX game something was going on as the Arty shot twice near the AMX when he wasn't spotted. Either someone was cheating or stream sniping.

Favorite medium is the OBJ907. You can get it down to under 5 second reload, and it is pretty darn accurate. I think it's better than the leopard because its turret is good, and because the russian cloak of dispersion helps so much.😄

Claus I would suggest that you enable server reticle, it's a setting not a mod. That way some of the shots would be explainable 😉 What you see now on the screen is the client (player) reticle.

KV-2 has the best hidden dispersion with the 152mm

A tip for shooting while still moving. Use your foward and reverse buttons not w and s ; but f and r or whatever. Use the first setting or second one to peek and you'll be so much more accurate

The KV-2 turns its nose up at good dispersion. Its basically the epitome of bad sigma and dispersion. Though, that's what makes it fun. A big derpy gun at mid tier that you can just simply have fun with and not be too serious with. It may not be WG's original intention with it when they put it in the game, but it's the role it has taken up. At least, by my opinion

I have the Miel and I agree with you. The tank can't hit the side of a barn while sitting still but man it hits while on the move! His first missed shot was on the EBR at the 2:47 mark. He was aiming at the rear and up of the EBR and he missed. It was bad aiming on his part. The AMX rushed a LOT of his shots at the beginning and he is moving his turret or the tank almost constantly. He doesn't take the time to stop aim and shoot. He's what I call a "rocker" always rocking back and forth even if no tank is visible and rocking back and forth when firing. He's sitting in a bush just rocking back and forth instead of sitting behind cover then when a tank peaks take the shot. You talk about the "sigma" well that kill shot on the Obj. 261 arty was BS. It went high. That's not sigma that WG's stupid RNG!

There is something wrong with all guns above 105mm and with shell velocity below 1100 sec velocity, The shells just dip or fly off in a different direction from where you aim.

Some of these shots from the 30B, especially that arty kill shot at the end shouldn’t even have hit when you see the tracer from the shell it didn’t even hit that arty

had what probably was my best game in the tier 9 amx 30 and it has about the same gun as 30b but slower fire rate. Although, it has a trolly gun sometimes.

Did only get to T9. I've played AMX 30 vs Leopard PTA. It's like opportunistic vs sniper. Sure, Leo. can hit it shots well. But you're 'mostly' locked to the same spot. AMX could move and hit for the same alpha. (was it similar or just one degree less gun depression?). So... weirdly enough I liked the french counterpart better. Said 'weirdly' because french vehicles either zips around, or crawl around the battlefield - this did its job, with honors.

Claus, in your future videos, when criticise WG. Can you mention in the in the past we could check our stats when deciding whether to change equipment and don't need to pay for it. Now you have to pay just to know.

Yeah I have the tier nine AMX 30 (prototype). It's frustrating, sometimes. You have to be super nimble. Some games it hits everything.

My T1 heavy shot at 100 meters perfectly aimed goes 10 meters high and to the left or right. That's when I keep asking myself...why do I play this game...lol. Keep up the good work and take care. ..

You can ramble all year long about dispersion and whatever sigma, but RNG still decides if you hit or not which in WOT's "REALITY' determines your Personal Rating, wn8, hit ratio etc. Would you also agree that CC,s get better RNG than everyone else because i often hear it in their posts. These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more... wt.
