I'm not sure how I feel about that story idea. However, I'm all for evil never dying, just changing shape. The main issue I had with Ends was that evil DID die, because both Corey and Michael died. When they decided not to go with Laurie being the new shape, they negated the phrase "Evil never dies, it changes shape." I definitely don't like going the Dallas/Newhart route of it all being a dream. I personally like the "choose your own adventure" aspect of Halloween. My favorite timeline is '78, H2, ending with H20.

I’m glad this wasn’t made. But trying something would’ve been interesting to see. Laurie Strode being a killer I don’t see how that would have worked out. Jamie Lee Curtis isn’t coming back after Halloween Ends so that’s not happening. But for me personally I’d prefer to see a adult Jamie Lloyd, Laurie Strode (from RZH2) and hear me out on this pick but you could go with Allyson as new potential killers in the “Halloween” franchise in their respective timelines of course. Why did I pick Jamie Lloyd? Her story in Halloween 4 and Halloween 5 rights itself plus I’d love to see her return to the Halloween franchise rather it’s a legacy sequel to Halloween 4 with Airon Armstrong playing Micheal Myers and Danielle Harris playing a adult version of Jamie Lloyd or Halloween t.v. series that centers around Jamie Lloyd kinda like the Netflix series “YOU”. Give Danielle Harris her just do and give her the send off that she rightfully deserves. The character of Jamie Lloyd is one of the most iconic and interesting characters in the franchise in my opinion because she was so young when she first had her encounter with Michael Myers in Halloween 4 (1988). Then she had to go through another traumatic with Michael Myers in Halloween 5 (1989) but in Halloween 6 (1995) unfortunately Danielle Harris wasn’t in that specific film and how they treated the Jamie Lloyd character was disgusting and super disrespectful! Danielle deserves another opportunity to return to this iconic franchise and reprise her role as a adult version of Jamie Lloyd. Why did I pick Allyson? Go read the Halloween: Ends novel and you will see why I chose her. Plus Allyson has lost so many people in her life and that could play a factor in the story. And she was holding the knife at end of Halloween (2018) which at that time I thought that’s what was going to happen eventually. After moving out of Haddonfield, Illinois and starting a new journey in her life she could go through some things that makes her the next Shape per se. i think from an acting standpoint Andi Matichak would have a lot to do which would give her something different to do not only from a writing standpoint but also from an acting standpoint. Plus Andi Matichak could be the new face of the franchise. You can continue with Allyson by following her story up with a movie sequel to Halloween: Ends (2022) that leads into a 10 episode limited series that could be on Netflix or Prime Video. Why did I pick Scout Taylor Compton’s Laurie Strode from RZH1, RZH2? After watching both cuts of RZH2 k could that happening especially with what she went through. I think Laurie Strode from Halloween II (2009) is arguably the most traumatized character in that respective timeline maybe in the whole franchise besides Allyson, at one point I honestly thought that Rob Zombie’s Halloween II (2009) took place all in her head. I think Scout Taylor Compton would love to play that character again. A “Dexter” style t.v. series that picks up after the events of Rob Zombie’s Halloween II (2008) (the theatrical cut) and it centers around Laurie Strode from Rob Zombie’s Halloween (2007) and Rob Zombie’s Halloween II (2009) played by Scout Taylor Compton. Would be very cool to see get made. Let Danielle Harris, Scout Taylor Compton and Andi Matichak take a crack at being the next Michael Myers. All three have the acting chops to pull it off in my humble opinion. 🎃 🔪
