In a block form it's pretty hard to ignite even if it is pure just cause of the sheer amount of mass, I saw a channel trying to ignite metals with thermite and once it's past a thin sheet or like magnesium ribbon it's pretty hard to ignite

You need 473 °C or 883 °F to ignite Magnesium. That's not temperature found easily in every corner of every household...

@@ekarolak I mean a regular disposable lighter makes flame hotter than that and stuff like electrical arcing if a wire got ripped apart next to it is plenty hot to ignite it, moreso the thermal mass of it stops it from being so easy to ignite than the ignition temp, even hydrogen has an even higher ignition temp and is a huge fire hazard to have around improperly stored

I bought a Jacob & co watch from touch of modern. was very skeptical at first but the watch came in (even though it took over 2 moths) and it was authentic. decided to try my luck on a second watch and it came in about 1.5 weeks. they do have alot of nonsense, but they do actually have good deals every now and again. depending on what you buy that is.

I don't hate the Tungsten cube tbh. Tungsten is a pretty valuable metal, tho the rose "gold" color Tungsten looks cooler and I believe is more expensive when buying items made of it. Real talk, the magnesium cube is stupid. The Elon bust potentially could ward off people from your door, very few people want to be anywhere near him....can't stand him, so maybe that's personal take. I have wondered tho, people who hate the idea and the move to electric cars seem to love Elon....and a lot of people that love electric cars and a move to the mass adoption of them seem to hate Elon. Just something I've noticed and find interesting.

True magnesium is very soft, you can cut it with a butter knife... it also is highly flammable, with an ignition temp around 600F but burns over 3000F, and it oxidizes, so it will burn underwater. Hence, owning a pure magnesium cube is literally an invitation to burn down your house.
