The Yagolds are at it again! Watch your favorite D&D village idiot-thieves try to seep the powers lurking in an abandoned lair of a long-forgotten mad mage. Matt takes his players through a very silly rogue-like one shot as tabletopnotch rings in the new year during their hiatus from their main campaign, "Brunkhollow"

I did not click that Steven was the creator of that wonderful song until you mentioned it. Most hearty congrats to him, it was excellent. Also, as someone in the UK, this was likely the only stream I would ever get to see live on Twitch, but Twitch continues to hate me. I just cannot get the damned page to load. Tried it on several systems...no luck. Ah well, I'll continue to wait for tuesdays on here. A shame, the interactivity seems really fun. I would have spent good money making Anthony's day...interesting. Anyway, cheers folks.

Idk if anyone has read the Malazan book series but the Yagolds remind me of the Mott Irregulars and I love it. Best side quest group out there.

I wish I could play around with 5e's system like this, but, even after playing for 2.5 years, my core players definitely don't know DND well enough to enjoy it! Auto calculation on D&D Beyond has spoiled them lol Thank you Tabletopnotch for another great adventure!

honestly this way of playing 5e might he helpful for them! far less overwhelming when options are limited to whatever is in the lootbox. And it’s good for learning what stats build into what abilities and stuff in my opinion

Also just realised he died in both timelines :O So he either finds a way to come back to life for the first series or there's something fishy going on. I like to think he just keeps on popping up regardless of how many times he dies, each time it's a different version of him with no knowledge of past Grabbyns. Maybe he respawns, waking up in the middle of nowhere each time but just shrugs it off like he got drunk and just doesn't remember how he got there. Maybe like an Agent of the Matrix he takes over someone's body, replacing them with himself but having no memory of this happening. He always gets the short end of the stick but is secretly some kind of god, a secret even he doesn't know.
