With our 3-axis scoring aggregate, you gain ultimate control: Electromotive height, lateral, and cutting width adjustment, including saw blade. The programmable scoring blade height with quick lowering and quick lifting, along with the display of the saw blade width, offer you maximum precision with every cut. The powerful drive motor with 0.75 kW (1 HP) enables speeds of 8,200 rpm with single-sided swiveling or 6,000 rpm with double-sided swiveling. Please note that retrofitting is only possible for machines prepared for the scoring aggregate.
Our parking position provides additional safety: The entire scoring unit can be easily moved out of the work area to make room for materials such as solid wood, plastic, or aluminum. This allows you to use your main saw blade with a diameter of up to 550 mm without having to schedule additional setup times for the scoring aggregate. This option is exclusively available for machines with a single-sided swiveling saw unit.
Experience additional efficiency with our RAPIDO scoring system: Chip-free undersides when cutting coated panel materials are ensured. The RAPIDO allows for comfortable cutting width adjustment and reduces this process to a maximum of three minutes. Compared to conventional scoring systems, you save up to 30 minutes of setup time, as the tedious mounting of two-part scoring blades with spacer discs is eliminated. The scoring blade width can be precisely adjusted continuously to the cutting width of the main saw blade without disassembly. Adjustment range: 3.2 - 3.8 mm.
Additionally, our LED lighting ensures optimal visibility in the scoring unit's danger zone. With particularly energy-efficient LED technology, the danger zone of the scorer is clearly marked.
