@@Gaiou0331 see what you're missing is that Flying Elephant is actually the ancestor of Blue-Eyes. Through several mutations over the generations the large ears became wing and the nose became the neck. So Flying Elephant is objectively superior because everything I just said is 100% correct

@kurokenshin2507 the issue really comes down to the fact they decided to make the gimmick for vaylantz way too fragile and not nearly powerful enough, in comparison to Tearlaments only issue being depending on the pachislot milling (specially now that they have singletons of everything that gave them consistency for the most part), or kashtira's potential to lock you out of playing cards in the board at all (even while being able to die stupidly easily to most board breakers if they don't put the lock before you have a window to activate the ones you still have zones available for).

@@alviabtahi5440 This is funny but glosses over a more nuanced understanding. The Vaylantz cards also do a lot, just nothing as useful/consistent as what the Tearlaments do. This is a commonality not shared by all bad decks.
