Lil Skins I hear you 100%, but you do you. When I have 4-5 people/gurus that I like to get a shot in the arm from and check in with, theren is little harm with a bullet. I like Brendon and I ❤️ to have summaries....80/20 rule for me.

Me living as a single person, belong to a social media morning group were we are a few people (around 5) who say good morning to each other. Feels good to hear someone say good morning to you every morning when you don't have people around you at home. We also use it also to inspire and support each other in a good way. ... We do not use it to compare ourselves and "shine above" each other.... I usually have my phone in my bedroom only because I need it when I meditate every morning (do still,do guided meditations)...But Then I don't use my phone during the whole day because my work at the preschool does not allow that.... and that is really good! 💖😊👍🏻💖

Kristina at Greenmeadow i’m going to be frank with you. You have never learned to “feel good “without the input of other people. You still need to stay off social media in the morning to be your best self.

Don't even keep the phone in the bedroom. Never have. Straight to my first/only cup of coffee while reading my "list" for the day, and then begin my morning rituals. Two phones - the one I carry which blocks everything other than the numbers of those who are important - and the one that is open for any new clients I do not yet know. (and some spam:( which I never check until AFTER my morning rituals are finished at around 9:30 am. Email gets checked at lunch time. There is a message that explains when I am available in the afternoon. NOTHING comes in from social media. That is also limited - and delegated. Coffee is finished. On to conquer the day!

Brendon, I just discovered your channel and I cant thank you enough. I am enjoying the videos and I will start implementing this and focus on myself, rather than the things I've been focusing lately that are not helping me move forward with my dreams and goals. I've been starting the day with somewhat no intention and I hate it, but I am ready to change it. Need to be more focused. I love your energy btw and positive outlook. You are truly awesome! Keep up these types of videos and I would love to hear all about what that top 15% highest performers do! I want to be like them. Thank you for this. Great man :)

Every morning I wake up with worries about who did or said what to me. I have so many haters, and I can't seem to get over the hate and negativity that people put out. Even when I know it's not personal, I just can't seem to shift this horrible feeling about how much hate there is in the world... It's not even about me, everyone has haters, and negativity is such a thing these days... It's just such a shame it has to be this way! I found Oprah's speech at Spelman College very inspiring though - check it out. Thanks once again Brendon - I love you soo much! I wish I could have just one conversation with you, I'm sure it would change my life... Instead I'll work really hard to soak in everything you share with us on here. God bless you.

Hey Brendon, I have a request. At 8:38, you challenge the idea that your methods are pseudoscience, and I know you’ve done a giant study on High Performers, but could you follow that challenge with some relevant experimental/observational data, i.e. the probability that an average person would increase productivity by x amount by following your recommendation? Something like that would be lovely, and I think it would help when I show this to other people too. Thanks again for the video; it’s a welcome reminder.

I love your videos. It is super motivating. But here's the thing what I really appreciate about them is your previous videos had the pointers and were brief (mostly 10 mins long). It was short, easy to watch and impactful. It would be great if you could follow the same format. This one is too elaborate which doesn't have to be most of the points are self explanatory. But yes a constant reminder is always necessary. Good luck!

Sorry, when I wake up, I check my sales on my iPhone and it puts me in a very good mood. Then, when I eat my breakfast, I listen to the French news still on my phone and when I see how angry and miserable they make themselves there, I’m so happy to be in the US and far away from there. Also, I’ve always been interested in French politics. For me, social media = hobby when I have nothing better to do, it’s not very addictive to me. Suddenly I feel very extraordinary somehow.
