Love all these projects. If I had to pick a favorite, it would have to be the "hopsy" stool. It was so sweet. I really like that assistant you had in this video. Please tell her she did a great job! I like your projects. I thrifted that same red stool several years ago for a few dollars. I showed my Mom and she said she had one like that as a child....in the 50s. (She didn't want it) Sold it in my booth for $50 as is.

Luv all the projects. I like that you give new looks to the wooden pieces. I like repurposing wooden boxes regardless of size. The green color for the last project was very pretty complementing the pink roses. I think you should have used the ceramic rose knob on top to open the top of the box. It looks akward on the front.

Thank you very much! I love reading your feedback! I actually tried to have the knob on top at first but it was too big and bulky. Also it’s heavy and the lid doesn’t have anything to keep it open without letting it go all the way back and “hitting” the back. I was nervous about damaging the piece or the knob. I was searching my stuff for any knobs that were smaller and I couldn’t find anything 😣. I had considered a mini pull as well. Think I should do that?

The crackle on the bunny stool is IOD vintage textures stamp set. I get my stamps from www.unicorndustdesigns.com, sonnetsgardenbloom.com or www.juliesdesignsandsigns.com. If they don’t have it in stock, you can check the Iron orchid designs website to find a stockist near you 😊

Do you seal you paint in? I didn’t notice your doing that?

Good question! Yes - I will seal any paint that doesn’t have its own built in sealer or after applying a transfer. I typically use a polyacrylic sealer but I also use wax. I do not seal paint that has a built in sealer. I will do a better job of communicating that in my videos. I appreciate the question! It will help remind me! 🥰

Hi! Yes because it is DIY paint. The transfers don’t always stick as well to DIY paint if not sealed first. I did also seal after I put the transfer on. ☺️
