Some lucky thrift store finds there, Billy. I never really find much in the way of Metal at any Goodwill stores in the Chicago area and we have a TON of those stores around. I’ve pretty much given up. Haven’t been to Goodwill throughout the entire winter. Sure wish I knew where my cassettes were from the 80s. I had a ton of great ones.

Awesome stuff! Love seeing those cassettes. I had most of those rock and metal on cassettes as a teenager. Also since you mentioned it, they did have the Poison on cassette with the “tongue” cover. I bought it from a Musicland store in 1988 the week it came out. Sadly I no longer have it. Cheers Billy, love your videos.

Thrift stores are very hit and miss. If you show up right after a nice donation, you can make out like a bandit, but these donations can get picked over quick!

Some great thrift store finds mate. I go to our local Salvation Army every Saturday morning just on the off chance there is some gems but normally just the same old crap. People seem to be holding onto their hardrock and metal albums these days. Awake is an awesome album. Sully is in my top 5 vocalists of all time and i am sure Mr Hall Of Fame would agree with me.
