Ryan bro your hand took a beating on this one. Lol. You should do a video on hand maintenance. You and “Life of JY” and others have some good tape wrap videos but I’ve had some young throwers ask me about it and I think it would be good for young athletes to see what’s normal and best practices. Great job this year by the way.

Hello champ I am from India my age is 16 and I can bench press @100 kg. I am throwing 7.25 kg shot 10 meters tell some workout and drills to increase the distance and Now I am in the cadder of u18 5kg Now it's going 13 meters how can I get 22 meters pls tell. Some tricks and tips to avoid foul in gliding. I am waiting for ur rply champion.
