Dindigul Thalappakatti Style Chicken Biriyani
INGREDIENTS | தேவையான பொருட்கள்
Chicken - 600g
Seeraga Samba Rice - 600g
Onion - 2 No.
Shallots - 35 No's
Tomato - 150g
Green Chilli - 6 to 8 No's
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Whole Garam Masala
(for tempering) - As Required
Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - A Handful
Mint - A Handful
Curd - 100ml
Lemon - 1 No.
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 150ml
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Whole Garam Masala - 30g
