I work out at CrossFit I do it once a week and it’s fun I’m in the adaptive class to which is the special needs class I’m on break because my class is in sessions but I start back up on Tuesday and my coaches are really nice and there’s another class that which my best friend is in and our classes are at the same time so I really don’t get a chance to talk to her because like I said her classes are at the same time and her classes run a couple minutes longer because her class is harder because her coach is more challenging than mine but he’s nice to my class so that’s good and sometimes we would work out with his class so sometimes we go past than what we usually do too
