Tifa Solo Top Secrets | No Healing (

FF7r gameplay featuring Tifa soloing the Three Person Team Vs Top Secrets. Recorded this month's ago not long after the Cloud solo version, but applying the strat to Tifa. Was annoyed I messed up the Leviathan fight so didn't bother. I've now decided that's not a good reason to leave the upload as the rest is decent enough.
Potential questions:
*What's your setup bruh?
-Metal Knuckles, Chain Bangle and Gotterdammerung.
Elemental/Lightning/Fire/Parry/Enemy Skill/First Strike/Skill Master/Refocus/Magic Up x2 Bruh
*Why edit out the intervals between bosses and the final celebration/completion time display?
-I've come the conclusion that those that enjoy this content don't want to stare at loading screens, they want gameplay, and there's generally far too much emphasis on completion times overall and that was never the aim of this channel to begin with. Especially as the lines get blurred between your in game time and real time (those who menu faster may still have a faster true completion time over someone who has a few seconds faster in game time, ya follow?)
*So how can you prove the completion time is legit if you don't show it?
-I can't! Whether you trust me or not is up to you, but hopefully those that have seen my gameplay previously would know that it's of a respectable standard and is legit 🙂 If you do, great! If not, I hope you at least enjoy the gameplay and can learn a few bits from it!
*Dayum son, this is the current World Record! Why don't you shout about it more?
Simple answer: I don't care enough, as the emphasis for me has always been on quality gameplay if the time happens to be good, then that's just a bonus. I know there are those that actively want to know the time and ask, so I leave it in the title/thumbnail for reference.

-I made a mistake and miss timed the Parry slide. It will pain me forever.

This could be your best work yet! Two of my best friends are each finally playing FF7:R for the first time and the knowledge I've acquired from players like you and Jianuzzi (and just experimenting myself) has got both of them practicing advanced tech and popping off a little when getting it right. I might send them this, it would blow their minds.

There's too many options with materia.. :) All I can say is your setup was similar but better then mine. Mine was all about speed with no magic. May have to get back to work.

God even though dolphin blow is more complex I really think her level 1 limit is just so pretty, despite dolphin being a thing in original as well her limit 1 feels nostalgic more so for some reason. Love the vid and music btw

Thanks man. Yeah I've always had a soft spot for level 1 limit breaks, nice damage and easier to generate. Plus the animations are great like you say 💪

Awesome run, and it's even better with this music , GGs ! 👏 The camera is sometimes so stupid on Leviathan, i really hate this lol . After trying so hard, i got a 3.42 run today with a big mistake on the Prestige boss, so i think we can get a time between 3.25 and 3.30 if everything goes perfect .

Hello dowdzy, can you explain how do you perform that uppercut cancel at 1:26?

You basically need to use parry materia and then whirling Uppercut and as soon as it lands use the parry slide to cancel out of it. You'll gain the ATB but cut the recovery animation. Good luck dude 👍

What's Starshower damage increase%? Does it affect LB? Can you waste it with normal attacks or does it only work with ATB? How long does it last?

Not sure of modifier but it's significant. You can't waste it on a regular attack but the next ability needs to be followed up quite quickly, similar to ATB Assist triggering. It does work on LB and a second star shower itself. So you can back to back starshower into a LB
