i was in the Bovington las week and i asked if they had a normal matilda (they have one with a big light) and the dude said that they didnt have one.... now i clearly see one driving around... Do you know if that one is theirs or that it was there just for the show

Guus van Sprang but it is a Matilda II driving around. Maybe they thought you meant the Matilda I.

That one's theirs. They also have a running Matilda I (which wasn't going this year, sadly), a static Matilda I inside the museum and a range-wreck condition one round the side.

Check the Tank Museum's YT channel; they've got a 20-something-part series about it. They got some parts and driving lessons from a mad collector who lives on a farm in Australia.

it's the track links, it isn't exactly easy oiling them up, even if that was a good thing to do. also it really sin't too bad when you remember the large majority of parts in the vehicle are atleast 70-80 years old
