Ingredients
25 whole prawns (1.5kg)
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk rosemary
10g parsley flat leaf
1tbsp olive oil
Crusty bread to serve
Lemon wedges

Shyte?!? So, are we to assume that the prawn's shitter offerings, form part of this culinary delight? No de-veining the critters? Taste a bit raw and "gritty" would it not?

It’s literally nothing lol. I’ve Ate live prawns and insects and a little dirt does nothing to you. The food they eat and they level it’s processed to makes it basically harmless. As long as you get your food from a good source then you should be good

@@spegaa2-994 it’s not good practice, guess it depends what level of catering you’re in. Can be gritty, slightly bitter taste even on small prawns
