Tight Curl Sleep Cap

Жыл бұрынDid you know that not only wearing your sleep cap affects the longevity of your hair but how you wear it will determine the outcome and contribute to, or prevent breakage at your edges?
After your WNG set, specifically with tighter curls, regardless of the strand thickness and overall density, make sure that you are wearing your sleep cap in the direction that you are wearing your hair. Tight curls live up and out but we tend to style it in the direction opposite in which it lives. You'll want to place your cap on top of your head in the same direction. Forcing it opposite in which it was styled can cause a ruined style and will compromise your edges.

Ooooh ! I tried the pineapple but it was a struggle getting the hair to fall back down. Lots of manipulation and some water to get it to work. I'm gonna try this way and see what happens!

I'm going to have to purchase this from you. This looks much more comfortable than the pineapple cap I got from Target. I also learned the exact steps to take to do my wash n go and flat twist out by watching you. Styling soaking wet hair only equals friz for me. Foam and gel work great for me on damp hair. I have a professional stylist but she does not specialize in natural hair. Best advice ever for my thick gray 4C hair from listening to you.
