tigran i’m in fairhope alabama. we’ve got some traction, at 200k revenue. there is much growth available in my area. i guess i need to find & get with a designer. i’m design install maintain. i’m joining goat gang this weekend

My architect and engineer charges me 8k to 14k to design properties, load calculations, and energy cals , who pays a highschool drop out 25k for a design o.o

@@eastsidetony8809 lol San Jose is where low income people live they can't afford to live in the Hollywood hills, I feel bad for them. T.T , here we have a lot of competition tons of architects so they compete in San Jose they have like to guys doing all the work, home owners get desperate. 🤣
