there are actually 2 bi characters! one of them is the girl named rooney with the leather jacket and long black hair and the second character is a new character from the newest season named lela.

That Paris scene was part of the movie the boys were directing (when that blonde kid gave Annie LeBlanc a book in the library he talked about it being like Casablanca).
