I have a few questions. Please answer, 1. How many days they remain good for eating? 2. Do I need to freez them in which section of the fridge. 3. Is it healthy to eat for lunch at work?

If you put the wraps in the freezer, they should be good for a few months. Yes, I would say, these wraps would be a convenient, healthy option to eat for lunch at work..

Does the rice have any spices?

Also is it a mix of quinoa and rice or just rice

Thanks for the comment. We didn’t put any spices in the rice & there was no quinoa. The wraps turned out really well considering we didn’t do a trial run. When we make them again, I think we will use quinoa, exclude the lettuce and mix the lime sauce right into the rice for a more consistent flavor.
