If I recall correctly, Syann voted for Lauren for her lack of support for Jordan and Fabiola for her performance on flatbread during that elimination. She wasn't a devious cheater at all. Syann was asked by Gordon what the RED TEAM'S DECISION was. That means those who voted for Nicole were playing the game of eliminating strong competition.

My oldest sister was a chef. Once when I was transitioning between jobs she got me a job as a server in the Chinese restaurant she worked at. I was decent at that but the BOH staff amazed me! They stayed calm and polite, working like a well oiled machine during rushes. But I know that's pretty rare-I had visited other kitchens she worked at briefly before that. Often, chaotic action and plenty of cussing! I couldn't survive in that atmosphere. Funny thing is, I was a healthcare provider for 40 years and was known for being pretty calm under pressure. How that works idk.

Half way through this video and there hasn't been a single instance of cheating. The closest to cheating would be maybe nominating 2 strong players for elimination. But this should be called times chefs in HK messed up our something like that. Slow maitre d, blaming the oven, trading food and dishing out food with the same spoon are not examples of cheating.

Actually it's pretty well known among former contestants that the temperatures/settings of the ovens and the locations of ingredients change every few services to trip people up. This is to ensure that each cook has the diligence and caution to check over these things properly before cooking.

What about the women in the newer season that made it into black jacket. She decided that Ramsay was wrong and that you dont vote for people based on skill but rather based on how long you were cooking for. Even after Ramsay flat out told her no, he doesnt care, she still said she was going to vote based on that. Mainly because it benefited her since she was one of the most seasoned chefs. Then she threw that logic out when she was paired against someone else who was cooking longer then her.

Surprised on some of the missed ones, like season 8 Vinny strongly suggesting guests don’t order sides and I’m pretty sure a couple of chefs tried serving food from the trash can (found season 3 Jen and trash can pasta for one). There were also a couple of times chefs used pre packaged or canned foods for challenges.

ramsay is a clear example of the fact that nice people and good people arent the same thing.

With Virginia's clip, she also insults the group right before. She tells them, to their faces, that she only chose all of them because she thinks they are the worst chefs and, therefore, will work harder because they are underdogs. I cant blame Keith and the others for then trying to cut a deal, since she lost any chance of their loyalty with that and they hated her.
