Home is chopped up with all the pillars. They even divide up the counters. Waste of usable space in the home just clean lines is best.

The only issue I see about this beautiful home is that it needs access to the kitchen from the garage for easy grocery carry in.

Normally I'd 100% agree with you, but it would necessitate a second opening to the kitchen. I like the kitchen to be a destination and not a walkthrough room. I have a lot of similar peculiarities! 😆

What a gorgeous home! I love the arches, crown moldings, built ins, the kitchen and bathrooms are very well done and designed as the kitchen is spectacular as well. I also love the flow of the home, and that it has a grand fireplace to add more ambience. This is a great home and I'd buy it now if I could! Lovely.

We live in a 55+ community also with two bedrooms and an office. Love the Murphy bed in the office. We just have to put an air mattress on the floor if we have several guests.

I like the kitchen and how it is separate but still inclusive without being totally open space to the living room. The counter where the sink is I would get the counter a little shorter so no seating and have a slightly raised area Infront so it hide's what is on the counter etc... From those sitting in the living room. This home looks like a good one for me.

Awesome house. Excellent layout. Everything is harmonious - size, windows, design. The only thing I would change the interior doors and remove the carpet. Loved the kitchen pantry.

Entire Master suite is very nice, I would just get a clear glass window that opens over the tub and the barn style door's on the front room I would get as solid wood especially since can serve as another guest room. The front door I would choose a different one less glass. The dining area Is fantastic. If I wanted to move to Texas and can afford it this house is the Best option so far.

For its size it’s ALMOST PERFECT, I’d ONLY CHANGE the bedrooms having a full bath in both spare rooms, and a half bath for guests❣️The master bedroom was BLAH too me so maybe I’d wallpaper, shiplap, or create a brick wall behind headboard or something❣️Just my thoughts, otherwise it was perfect❣️Thanks 🙏🏻 Timothy and Family, and God bless 🤲🏻 y’all and ALL❣️😁

Beautiful home. One thing I’d change is having the sink on the island facing the living room. Dirty dishes will be piled there in full view of anyone coming into your home. I prefer the dish washing area to not be front and center.

It does suck. I couldn’t afford a home if I were looking now, and I first bought a home in 1985! The problem is partly because people with a cash buy are getting the homes. My son is dealing with that.

I like the layout. We built a 2123 sf with Diyanni and it feels small compared to this. This house a lot of nice architectural details many homes don’t have built in.

Really great use of a smaller space! Those arches perfectly give separation to the rooms while maintaining an open feel as well. That color in the kitchen was very satisfying as well as that small, but useful pantry with the Lazy Susans. Good home for the 55+ setting or equally good for a career-focused person/couple. The ensuite couldn't be better IMO. Only complaint is that's not a lot of home for half a million dollars.

That is a magnificent job of design. Beautiful yet compact and simple enough that it probably has a very reasonable construction cost. My only concern might be storage space, but an adequately sized shed and possibly flooring the attic with plywood would likely do the trick.

Two thumbs up for this home but it only works if it is on the proper lot. Those beautiful giant windows would not be so beautiful if they are facing your neighbor's looking back at you 10 feet away. Even so. The elevation and details are a smash it. I love this house.

Where are you supposed to put the towels and bath mat? No towel bars in either bath, and not a good place to put them in the first. (I wouldn’t hang them by the toilet!) I’m assuming this is built on a concrete slab? I see a lot of trendy things…I wonder how it will hold up over time.

Range generally means an appliance with cooktop and oven in the same appliance. You consistently refer to the cooktop as a range.

Hmm. Judging from the comments, I seem to have an unpopular opinion. For 2000+ sq ft it seems super tight with strange angles. Maybe it's the furniture placement, but the pieces don't seem unusually oversized, soooo.... For me, it is the long and shallow living room, the claustrophobic hallway foyer and the second bedroom especially. I love the office with murphy bed and the kitchen, though, and the fireplace is absolutely magnificent! Some really lovely finishes, as well. (I'm looking at you, kitchen backsplash.) Don't love the all the big windows only having a thin strip of grass separating them from the street, though. Zero privacy and terrible view.

… prefer a wider patio off the back, not on the side. I also prefer a back kitchen/dining area; not in front … I don’t like tv’s above fire place - hate looking up - prefer to watch tv at eye level - so I would leave enough wall w/o windows for tv and console - maybe put in small rectangular window above tv? I agree w/prev comment about garage door opening to kitchen for carrying in groceries … I do like other features in the house - like the den area and the pantry - nice kitchen

As much as I love the larger homes, in reality I only have one more kid to go and wouldn't need that much space to keep clean and maintain. I really like most of what this home offers. The smaller footprint, the high end finishes, the floorplan itself is also pretty good. But, after a while all those arches would get on my nerves. Like when your working on something, getting your hands dirty and your bangs keep blocking your field of view. You can't do anything about it bc your hands have stuff on them, and it's driving you crazy. That's how all those arches would make me feel 😬
