Tinfish curry with Tamarind and boiled eggs | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:
Oil
1 onion
Green chillies
1 cinnamon
2 staranise
Curry leaves
1 tsp breyani mix
1 tsp jeera powder ( cumin)
1 tsp Dhania powder ( coriander)
2 tsp wet leaf masala or any masala ( if you don’t have it then add a bay leaf, you can add a quarter tsp of fennel ( somph) powder , a little more jeera & Dhania and extra chilli powder ( 1 tsp)
2 heaped tsp of chilli powder
2 tomatoes
1tsp sugar
4 to 5 cloves of garlic or 2 tsp crushed garlic
Salt
Tamarind ( 1tsp/1tbs/2tbs) your sourness preference
Tinned fish
Boiled eggs
Fresh coriander
