It's actually really easy! 1. Pull out your sword 2. Hold X to prepare Revali's Gale, but don't release it yet 3. Unequip your sword 4. Press B to cancel Revali's Gale Just like that, you're stuck in a monkey pose! It's also safe to release X now.
