Hi, Tinrry, I love this recipe and will try it definitely. Thank you for sharing and teaching. Also, I translate the recipe to English version, will post on a separate comment. Hope it helpful to the English reader. :)
Mango Mochi Ingredients: milk 100 g, coconut milk 100 g, glutinous rice flour 120 g, confectioner’s sugar 50 g, corn starch 30 g, butter 15 g, mango about 2, grated coconut moderate Directions: 1. Cut mango into small chunks 2. Melt butter by water heating 3. In a large bowl, add in glutinous rice flour , corn starch, confectioner’s sugar, milk and coconut milk, use a whisk to stir well until no granules 4. Add melted butter to the batter and stir well 5. Pour the batter into a porcelain bowl, water steam for about ten minutes. (batter will be slightly yellow translucent colors) 6. Steamed out into another bowl, covered with plastic wrap and let cool completely (not too sticky when cooling down) 7. Take a small amount of dough and folded/tucked in until surface round and smooth 8. Flatten the dough, add in one piece of mango chunk then wrapped it to form a ball shape 9. Rolled in grated coconut and gently press with hand to fix it 10. Done and enjoy! :)

Helena Jones The ingredients are: Milk 100g Glutinous rice flour 120g Coconut milk 100g Sugar 50g Butter 15g Corn flour 30g Mango 1-2 Method: 1.Melt the butter 2. Mix all the dry and wet ingredient together until they are smooth. 3.Once the butter are melted, pour it into the mixture. 4.Pour the whole mixture into a bowl (prefer a flat one, took less time to steam) wait until there aren't liquid inside. 5.Put it into the pan with boiling water and steam it for 10 minutes. 6.Put the dough into another bowl and cool it down for 10 minute but remember cover with some towel or cling wrap as it will get dry easily. 7. Once the dough are cool off, divide it into pieces equally. 8.Flatten the dough, place a cube of mango and roll it into small ball. 9.Repeat step 8 for the rest of the dough that you have divided into. 10.After roll it into small ball, dip it into the shredded coconut. TA-DA! you are done, you can put it in the fridge before serving it! Hope you can understand and have fun!
this is a video teaching you how to make a dessert so I honestly don't know why the hell there are so many people commenting on her accent and other things which have nothing to do with the quality of her teaching at all !! I could understand perfectly the way she speaks and I thought this video was great in terms of the process and the detailed descriptions. Please just focus on the video and stop picking on the person. The reason everyone clicked on this video was because you want to learn how to make mochi, so if the video did lead to producing successful mochies than stop ranting for god's sake!
