• Use the 'Tippi Tree Ornament Tool' to make an ornament that works with the standard Stem piece: ** bit.ly/tippiTool **
- Don't flip the tool. The ornament has to print upside down!
• Your ornament must be printable with a standard single extruder printer
- (multiple parts and filament swaps are okay, no multi-material printing)
• Model must print without support material
• 42mm x 42mm max width
- (28mm is standard fruit; any height… but be reasonable!)
• Unlimited entries, but submit them individually
• Consider how your ornament will be displayed with stem orientation front to back

Blender works! Just make sure the surfaces are coherent.. maybe bring it into 3D Builder just to check for errors. Can't wait to see what you come up with 👍

Damn.. I wish I still had a 3D printer! This seems like a ton of fun! I might try to make a 3D model on my iPad, because I’d actually like to win… but I don’t have any way to test if the print will work.. Ugggh! I’m so irritated… my printer and computer and everything was stolen. I lost basically everything and had to start over and every now and then something like this happens where I get angry about it all over again! Gggaaah! Dangit. Oh well… I wasn’t gonna win anyway lol I’m not that creative. Hahaha

I have two questions. Is there a limit on amount of ornaments (ex: I make three designs of different berries) and does the model have to print with the locking mechanism facing downwards?

You can make as many as you'd like, just submit them individually. Yes, the lock must face down

Sorry, it has to be a 3D model. You don't have to print it though, a digital version is fine (as long as I'm able to print it!)

You can submit the model alone on MyMiniFactory. Try to at least include a render or screenshot of the digital model and you should be good :) Feel free to include a youtube video too if you wish!

TinkerCad annoys me. You just can't set dimensions like Fusion. Fusion 360 just seem to make more sense to me. 3d Builder always is the quick and dirty way when working with 3d scans.

Yea, I guess TinkerCAD has fewer features for the sake of simplicity... but you can click the little scaling boxes and change the overall dimensions
