Buy yourself a tire plug kit, you can plug your tire without taking it off. Just plug, and refill with small air compressor. Used these kits many times, and they work great. Oh, I’m thinking that the your Jack will extend by screwing the top out of the ram. Be safe. T

@@SailingLifeonJupiter I've gotten the best results with "mushroom" shaped tire plugs. They can last for years, The rope type and others haven't worked as well. There's a skill set to learn about lubricating and loading the plug gun. Practice shooting a couple plugs not in a tire so you can see how they work. Once you understand the procedure it's quick and easy to do, but the first try can be confusing. One of these could have plugged that screw hole in 10 minutes or so, still on the axel. They really are a brilliant piece of tech. Google "mushroom tire plug". Give Oakley a pet for me.

I have tyre plugger kit (Stop & Go) that I use on the motorcycle and truck. It will insert a small rubber mushroom into a 8mm hole and is then snugged up against the inside of the tyre, no glues etc. It really works, can save all that hassle of fitting the spare and as far as I’m concerned lasts the life of the tyre If your handheld goes u/s you might need a fallback set of batons to marshal Princess in and out … and don’t forget your hi vis for truck walk arounds! Are you working on a Green Card?

They sell a ramp that will lift that side up enough to change a tire no jack.

You could have removed the air from the spare tire to put the tire on. Then fill it again with the compressor.

Rule #1. A flat tire is lower than a tire full of air. 2. The axle will move (somewhat)independent from the frame when lIfting. 3. The look on the Co pilots face tells us all we need to know about Princesses driving!

Jamie, you fly aircraft and you know where they keep the fuel. It is in a rubber fuel cell or an integral wet wing cell. How did that fuel go through the World Trade Centers and explode on the opposite side? The fuel would have been plastered on the primary impact and the fire would have burned down to the streets. The BBC accidentally showed the movie early before the event. I am a jetfighter mechanic and my airplane could not have done it at 2.5 times the speed of sound. My jet hit a buzzard and bones went through the nose cone and plastered the radar dish.

I'd let my wife tow the RV if you have good insurance. Diesel in western Washington State is $4.19 if you go to an Indian reservation fuel station. You two make a great couple! Would love to see more airplane content.
