He has shitty hair genetics anyway. So young and he went bald. This is the case with European men. The incidence of male balding in Asian countries such as South Korea, Taiwan and Japan is much lower. He will also have to stop taking Finasteride for a whole year if he ever want children, then he will lose much of his hair. Poor bastard - not. I like to troll men with shitty hair, as mine is like Ronald Reagan, juvenile hairline forever.

@enolam99 yes we move grafts from the back of the head to the top, thinness is dictated by the number of hairs and their density when combined

@@kevinwilson7318 Hello, I would advise you are not suitable for a transplant yet. Taking finasteride is a must for a young transplant patient, if you are already seeing balding at 24 there is a high chance this will progress, sometimes rapidly. You could be left with the transplanted hair at the front and thin/bald patches behind it, additionally you will have some scarring on the back of your head if your balding progresses and you wish to shave it later in life this could be an issue for you. You could of course get further transplants but these are costly and can only do so much, it never results in a true dense head of hair like your natural hair. I wouldn't use your family as an example to go off, MPB genetics can be unclear and genes don't get passed down in a linear fashion, you may keep your hair your may end up NW6 however signs of MPB at 24 is fairly young and as such I would expect it to continue. Personally I would recommend you wait until your late 20's to 30 and see how your hair has progressed at that point. Clinics will encourage you to go ahead now but in reality they just want your money they do not care about long term success. In my opinion no man under 30 should be getting a transplant without also taking a DHT blocking medication. Finally what is possible later in life depends on your donor region, for most older men getting a full head of hair at NW6 is impossible as the donor area just can't take that many grafts, it is possible to get partial coverage NW3 or an NW1 of rather thin and sparse hair i.e more grafts at front and less at crown utilising a hairstyle to cover the crown but not a natural full head of hair as you think. Hope that helps.

Yes have started with minoxidil for few months, all though it grows the hair, it doesn’t actually solve the underlying problem which is DHT. So I jumped on finasteride and have been on ever since.
