"I forget the progress I already have made!" - AMEN! A lot of us do Mixa...We rush to blaim ourselves for things and forget to give ourselves a pat on the shoulders sometimes. Great video!

I probably in the same situation, i'm currently a uni student, the academic pressure is no joke i feel depressed almost everyday, i'm sick and tired. I always failed in relationship even before it started. The pain just feel endless especially at night time and there is a time i can't even sleep at all at night. So you're not alone, we're all on the same boat right now. What i'm trying to do is not thinking about past or future too much and just live at the moment, it help me ease a little bit. So yeah i hope you good luck and get through these hard times.

I totally feel with you, have been in the same situation lately as Im in the last year and there is a lot of work, and as you said It's best to stay present and focus on what you can do about the current situation, not focusing on what you don't control. But also there are these moments that happen during those hard periods and I just realize how all of it is fine, and how i've gotten through harder situations, and that even if something happens I will handle it with the same mental effort I have right now, so there is no reason to worry. I think all of us are going through the same thing, It's important to realize we always have the leverage of our actions, and our state. It brings back control into your own hands removing anxiety, overthinking and such.

Thank you for this honest comment. One thing you grab along the way is that hardship is something that shapes us. There's was an experiment where trees grew in a safe environment protected from everything, once they've were brought to nature, the first harder wind broke and killed them. We become tough through pain and discomfort. We do not chose what happens around us, to our loved ones, to our homes, but we always stand in power of choosing how we respond. You have to stand strong for yourself, and those around you. No one can hold you upright remember this, not even motivation. You know what is good, and what you have to do so stop delaying it, and do it. Smile back at all the problems facing you and show life you're not giving up no matter what. A lot of people went through utterly painful events, those who came out as winner chose to do so. Be one of those heroes, be honorable. I wish you find strength to fight all that comes your way.

I'm so tired mate. There's no reason to it, I just feel so powerless and unenergized. Sleeping doesn't work, I wake up about twice every night. It can be stress, sadness, etc. It was a beautiful video, thank you for sharing.

@@mixa26 its very weird to describe, but I feel hollow-like, empty from within. All the things I enjoy doing feel ashen to my emotions. I just don't get the enjoyment of doing practically anything. I am super unproductive and I just feel like a clogged machine. Its very weird to describe it. I think its natural to feel this way... Probably burnout, but it just creeps so slowly its scary.

@@MalcoPunch No it's actually pretty common. Can you think of what you would want to do in your life? What would you like to accomplish if there were no boundaries?
@MalcoPunch2 ай бұрын
@@mixa26 If there weren't any boundaries I'd like to be a successful fantasy author, not for money, but for the enjoyment that I can share a story with readers who like my work. I'd also like to build a family. I guess those are my current aspirations in life - but being an author is hard - I got rejected by agents as I've never published before, whilst getting great feedback which makes it more frustrating. I just feel lost.
@bulbmin24Ай бұрын
@@MalcoPunch It sounds like you are still on the pathway to me? Do you still feel like being a fantasy author is possible/within your reach? I feel it can be disheartening to be rejected like that with no guarantee of success in the end but personally feel you have to trust in the process and whether or not in the end, you are more happy with what you are producing now versus what it was before.

Nice video boss! Feel like it is pretty well made and has a good message! Definitely important to reflect on what we have already achieved. Also helps to make you realise that you are in fact still going forward, even if it feels slow or that you sometimes go backwards. Hopefully you are still marching on marching on! Onwards and upwards always!

I feel you, been stuck in that zone from time to time. Although when I dedicated myself towards my purpose and found what excites me, a lot has shifted. Also practising mindfulness, being present and stopping overthinking has helped me a lot.
